Superb location, lovely breakfast with good options, comfortable bed and great pillows. Room was beautifully decorated and felt very sumptuous. Nice quality toiletries. Hosts were wonderfully friendly and gave good recommendations. The rooftop terrace was fabulous, especially given the heat, and the little lounge was also comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Whilst the room (superior bedroom with the beams) is gorgeous, it is worth noting that there are only rooflight windows. It was very hot weather when we visited and although there were two good fans provided, without any openable window to provide fresh air, the room became very hot.

The property was charming and extremely well located. It was clean and the hosts were incredible. We had such a lovely time and couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Can’t fault it, it was perfect for our weekend getaway.

We could have done with a king size bed, but not a deal breaker. Breakfast is a shared table so be aware if you are not ‘morning sociable’
