Muy tranquilo y agradable. Limpieza todos los días. Acceso a piscina y parking. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy educada y discreta. Bien ubicado para moverte por la isla.
El precio me pareció un poco alto para el standard aunque entiendo que estábamos en temporada alta. La limpieza aunque correcta, necesitaba ser un poco más minuciosa en armarios y cajones...

Jorge was extremely helpful and available in fixing most of the inconveniences I had when I arrived (Hot water, heating).
The location was perfect! The cleanliness was excellent. I was able to prepare my meals without any problems.
Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was not functioning and did not function for the entirety of the stay.
Other than that, I have no complaints.

Everything what you need you can find in the room: iron, full kitchen equipment, dishes, etc.
Jakuzzi, sauna, pool (cold water), bikes, grill in the common area, private parking.
Not mentioned nowhere that the property is going on a renovation which means restaurant is not working, paths are rebuilding etc. The hotel is not busy at all, only few rooms ocuppied and the place itself is very remote from a city center. Since rooms are empty you can feel a strange smell in the rooms of humidity and old bed sheets. Concidering value for money I would rather choose Ponta Delgada.
