Wouldn't stay again.

Location was close to what I needed.

Room had cobwebs in, mould in the cupboard. The bathroom stank of mould/damp... large stain on the carpet, couldn't see out one window due to overgrown bushes.

uncomfortable worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. complaints ignored.

this was possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bed was so uncomfortable maybe should have slept in the skip in the driveway. I did make a complaint but was ignored by the hotel and booking.com . Don’t be fooled, I read reviews and take it 50:50 hence booking !! Be warned very expensive for a night of no sleep.

Generally, a really nice place to stay at.

The place was really nice in terms of comfort, location and quietness. Staff was really friendly and the price per night is great, cosidering we booked the place last minute.

There was no warm water in the bathroom, however I did not raise that with a member of staff, which is why it is not too much of a concern. i am sure that had I asked for help, they would have helped us, so I am not complaining about that.

The horrendously noisy rooms and broken heating control is why I'll never visit again.

Lovely location and surroundings. Staff were pleasant..

The property was being refurbished so large areas were closed off including the toilets so a wooden potting shed had been turned into the only toilet. The rooms are converted buildings with stud walls between three rooms and the noise is absolutely shocking between them,I could hear the next room pee in the toilet,talk and snore. The doors are not soft close,so slam closed and wake you up. The radiator is apparently controlled by a thermostat above it but even on zero it was on full all the time which is extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom light was full of dead flies and part a branch from a tree was actually growing through a gap between the window and wall.

Definitely would go again

Rooms was cozy , staff was exceptionally friendly, definitely would go again , was very beautiful scenery and great location

Lovely place , good for price, shame about lack of amenities, they are doing the place up at the mo

Very nice for the price, basic but clean and in a beautiful location and very well kept gardens and rooms

Not a lot around there in the way of food bar one pub only that was way over priced so make sure you pick up food to bring with you

Nice place! clean and comfortable! very reasonably priced.

last minute booking. very reasonably priced. clean room, comfortable bed. very close to Norwich airport and a 15 minute drive into the city. No frills place to stay but ticked the box.

you could hear everything in the room next door and they were noisy! No food served on site but you can get a drink at the bar.

Heating had packed up in one of the rooms, got given a small electric heater from reception, that worked until they wanted to sleep, had to turn it off because it was so noisy. I think they should have been offered a different room. The pillows are useless, way to thin... The bed was comfy :) Went in to the bar for a beer, how boring, no pool table, dart board, no music just a little tv on very quietly. Think it could have been better for £70 a room.

Absolutely Brilliant

Rooms were in the converted farm outbuildings, so away from the main farm house. En suite room with tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, powerful shower. Property is in a small village close to Norwich airport, but so quiet, especially at night. Gentlemen I spoke to at check in was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Not a moan, but it would make it the perfect stay if there was a breakfast. Didn’t matter too much, the Airfield Diner about 5 minutes drive away does a really good breakfast for £10, except on Sundays.
