Good location, but they should pay more attention to the cleanliness

Location is good, close to the metro station and bus stops. The staff were friendly and nice. The room had a small balcony.

Both the room and the bathroom were not clean Bedding was a bit dirty, coffee cup was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. The facilities were not that bad but I don't think it's a good value for money.

A Decent Break from Home

Friendly staff, clean room, close to shopping area.

Not enough towels were provided (it's easy enough to request more, though), and getting there is a little tricky because of its location between subway stops.

Can't understand certain things

The location was great for few things

But i can't get over that you need to pay for a second big towel when the small ones are literally for a foot. I can't understand that there are details like shaver, hair bubble, slippers but I call reception for a second big towel and they deny it without paying when we where 2 in the room. 😮‍💨. In addition the air freshener that they use in halls and rooms is so strong that actually disturb to sleep (at least in my case)

It was a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The general layout of the hotel was OK. The size of the room was very good.

The location was a little out of the way, I could not get a taxi to take me to the hotel when I arrived. While everything at the hotel is clean and maintained. The furnishings are dated and could do with a refurbishment

convenient location and clean rooms

Room has all the basic amenities that you need though is a little small. wish there were more hangers for clothes, but overall comfortable stay in a superb location! staff at the reception also very helpful

Beautiful room with comfortable beds and air-conditioning. Well located close to bus stations and 2 metro lines.

Quite some noise from the roads close by.

Pleasant

Large room, nice bathroom.

It was directly on two big streets and it was realy loud. You feel the metal in the matrase.

The tv had Netflix

There was mold in the bathroom. We arrived at 13:00 incheck was at 16:00 they let us check in earlier so that was nice. We booked an extra night on booking.com. When we let them know they told us they gave us an upgrade the day before without letting us know and that we had to pay more to stay in that same room. If I knew this before I would’ve declined the offer because they upgrade was only a bathtub with mold. they asked us if we wanted room cleaning we said no thankyou. But they still went into our room not cleaning anything but just invading our privacy and picking up a dirty towel. Felt really unsafe after that. It’s a shame because they layout and design of the hotel was amazing.

Dirty

It was very dirty, both of the rooms smelled like smoke after I asked to change. The floor is carpet and very dirty, it was like stuck together. Just overall lack of cleanliness.

Productive

The location was ideal for our trip. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. The shower and room amenities exceeded our expectations

TV & AC instructions should be provided in English. The "full bed" is too small we had to get two single beds. Coin laundry feature and breakfast would be great add on.

Superb

The hotel despite the language barrier (there was only a little) was amazing. The staff were helpful and professional.

In the 3 days, no one came to change towels. If that is a personal custom, i didnt know about it. Other than that i would definitely stay again and refer friends.

Clean and comfortable

We loved the big, comfortable beds, the modern bathroom and the size of the room itself. We were very happy that there was a fridge too! The room and the facilities were very clean and looked great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. There are many public transport options nearby (especially buses) and lots of little restaurants as well. It's a lot of fun to walk around the neighborhood in the evening.

Unfortunately you cannot turn off the motion-detector operated light in the hallway, which means no bathroom visits at night without the other person noticing. The hallways smelled strongly of perfume, but you don't notice it in the room itself. The hotel is not close to any beaches (at least 30 minutes of travel by bus).
