FIREFLIES !!!! Summer spectacles. RELAXING hillside setting next to our vineyard with 1 bedroom, full kitchen, patio with bistro table/chairs, electric outdoor grill. Outdoor firepot for watching sunsets. Stroll through the vineyard with a glimpse, of the Mississippi River from 1.5 miles inland. Awaken to the call of the sand hill cranes in the valley floor.. In the evening be serenaded by the sounds of the frogs. From the living room and bedroom observe bluebirds, finches, orioles, robins and other birds in their daily routines. Only 7 miles south of La Crosse, WI dining, shopping, bicycle trails, and hiking trails. Located in Vernon County where many nature activities are available.

We stayed two nights and were in town to see the Shrine to Our Lady of Guapalupe. It’s only about a 15 min drive to get there and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was so beautiful and quaint with quite the views. The property is well kept up and organized. Nothing was out of place and it seemed as if the owner thought of everything. My husband and I enjoyed a long walk on the street the property is off of and took in the beauty of the area. We sat outside by the little fireplace that he had already set up with wood ready to burn and watched the sun set. The vineyard next to the cottage adds another level of charm. Stay here! You won’t regret it!
