We arrived to the unit to find the front door lock broken, so the unit was open to anyone who wanted to enter. Once inside, the smell of mold was so strong we were uncomfortable with our toddlers being in the condo for any extended period of time, and turning on the AC just made the smell worse. Overall, the unit is in need of a deep clean; the couches are stained, the kitchen table wasn't clean, and sand and dust were present throughout. We had to make a last minute decision to find a new place to stay for the night, considering the lack of a locking door and the mold smell. After sending our concerns to Vacasa, we were told they would reach out to remedy the situation. We never heard that anything was taken care of and ended up having to pay for five nights in a completely different condo. To this point, we've received no refund or any sort of remedy. We will not rent from Vacasa in the future; they were also given ample opportunity to make things right prior to this review being posted.

We love how everything is close by, beach and restaurants. Only down fall is that place “looked clean” but dusty. This is my second year here and I thought cleaning-ness would have been better. Last year my kids got sick because it was SUPER cold in the place but you werent aloud to adjust the AC. Also this year same thing my wife woke up feeling sick. Too much dust and SAND when you first walked in. Other then that location wise its great. They need to up the cleaning more and also check filters/vents in the AC Im pretty sure they havent been changed therefore my family got sick. Also beds/bed sheets/pillow cases had stains luckily I bring my own but still. Also checking out at 10am is hard when you have kids and checking in at 4pm on the dot is not ideal again when you have kids. The showers also dont have much force when water comes out. We overall had a good time in OC.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was bigger then we expected! The unit offered more then what was listed which was very helpful. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Even the neighbors were friendly! The view was so wonderful and parking was easy. 7 adult women in a 2 bedroom unit was going to be tricky but we had plenty of space! All in all a great weekend!

We also called someone for help, but my friend figured out that you need to enter the code, press the top button and then turn the knob to the right. The directions told us to press the top button, enter the code and turn the knob to the left. Other than that, it was a top notch location! Had a lot of space and was perfect for our girls weekend!

CONS: We had trouble accessing the unit due to a problematic lock from the point of check-in. A lady at a neighboring unit told us everyone has trouble with the lock and that they just keep trying until it works. We called Vacasa to report the issue and were told someone would be there. The first guy that showed up quickly realized it wasn’t an us problem and that the lock was actually not working. He then sent a maintenance person who was there for the first three hours of our stay trying to fix the lock. He was very nice and helpful but we were not able to shower or do much of anything during this time. We said we just wanted to make sure it was fixed permanently because we didn’t want to worry about that during our stay. However, the lock continued the habit of working and then not working at whim. My opinion, a lock should not be difficult or have “tricks” to operate. We encountered issues again after a night out and could not get in late at night. This was our fear. We tried multiple times and then at one point it finally worked again. I hope Vacasa replaces the lock and not with a refurbished one as was done for us. It is a safety issue and a major inconvenience. Vacasa offered a $200 compensation for our troubles which is something but not exactly a great offer given the level of inconvenience experienced.

The condo is in a great location, the place was very nice it needs a little updates but overall it looks just like the pictures. The views were amazing and it’s very family friendly!

Everything was great!, great location, beach literally few steps away!Everything is close by! Only thing was countertops in the kitchen, desk, tables(indoor/outdoor) and dressers in both rooms were not wiped down at all ad also the shower especially the one in the hall had hair in the tub so I basically had to clean everything before settling down. Sand was on the table that was on the deck and the floors inside the condo were not wiped AT ALL.! I had to wipe the floors down because our socks got super dirty. Other then that everything was great!

Very nice apartment, full kitchen it has everything that you need to stay forever! Comfortable beds! Clean and spacious bathrooms! Amazing view! Netflix, prime video, Disney on tvs (3). Lots of game boards, 1 big cooler, and just a really good place for the price.

Our favorite time to go the the beach is at the end of September. Beautiful place, great location. Previous guests a nightmare. Cleaning crew were running behind-Plus it was a late check in due to extra cleaning for COVID. My only suggestion would be for Owner to properly vet for responsible quests. It’s a beautiful cozy place. Also, consider pet owners. At this time we do not have any four legged friends in our household. However in our experience of traveling for 15 years everywhere with our girl. I find pet lovers to be much more compassionate, caring and respectful in a rented space. Thank you.

We loved the view, the level of clean and the sheets and beds. All were extremely nice. We did not cook much this trip but i noticed that the kitchen is well equiped. It was easy and delightful to stay here in a great location.

Roomy two bedroom condo with an amazing view. Condo looked exactly like the pictures just a little more dated. Very comfortable with a kitchen full of pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.
Cons:
The condo's air-conditioning could not keep up with the hot weather. We kept the thermostat at 70 as suggested so as to not freeze the unit but it was still very warm in the unit. The air-conditioning unit itself was very loud and was at the bedrooms so you would hear it go on and off all night long. When arriving to the house it was clean however when going to take a shower there was hair from the previous tenants on the shower wall. The condo was on the 3rd floor with only steps.
Overall the condo was an amazing place to stay and we were very happy with the place.

Perfect location and clean!
The location of this condo was right at the end of the dune and across from a quick grab lunch counter. The place was well laid out and clean. Perfect deck space for our meals and relaxation.

Great off-season rental
Half a block from the beach, great view of the ocean from the balconey! Condo is directly opposite a large restaurant/ bar that is probably quite noisy in the summer. I wouldn't want to stay here in the regular season.

Ladies Ocean City Road Trip
This is an immaculate, well equipped apartment with the most beautiful ocean front view. The decor is so bright and beachy, kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, glasses, silverware. Even has beach chairs. This is a third apartment that always has a refreshing ocean breeze. The porch has plenty of seating that we enjoyed morning and evenings, when not spending time at the beach. Personally, I would rate this with 5 Stars!

Totally perfect!
This place was perfect and the view is even better in person. We got to listen to the ocean every evening. Plenty of room for two couples and their kids. A wonderful place to go and enjoy family and the beach!! Definitely would plan to go back!

Great view and location
We enjoyed our stay with our two young kids. The view is really nice and we appreciated the high chairs and table so we could have full ocean view on the deck. (Not pictured in the original photos we saw). The apartment is nicely updated and clean. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen with the exception of knives ( I only found a few small ones to work with). My only word of advice to anyone booking is to bring ear plugs. The A.C. unit is in the closet of the master and is very loud as it cycles on and off. We found the beds firm to the point of pain and used extra blankets to pad things up a bit and we ended up using the pull out couch as a more quiet place to rest. Overall a good stay.

Perfect spot!
This place fantastic! The perfect size for two couples and kids. It is exactly as pictured, but the view is BETTER than the picture. You can hear the ocean all day on the balcony and it is very roomy inside. We will be back for sure!

The property was very clean and beautifully maintained.
My family of 5 (3 teenage boys, husband and I) were very happy and comfortable with the apartment. It's a great location, close to the beach and to main street but not too close to the boardwalk. The only suggestion I have is to put a pull-out couch so as to fit more people. Otherwise, it was perfect for my little family. We hope this becomes a tradition for my family and I. We will be back next year! 🤗�
