Great location and wonderful staff
Bad breakfast for us almost nothing we like about it because it’s made special for some kind of people not international and the A/C too cold for us either too cold or you have to close it.

Amazing room, view and location. Staff were really accommodating and helpful. 10/10 experience - probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

The hotel is super luxurious. Clean and always have a distinct scent. They also serve cold drinks and snack at the reception area. Very thoughtful gestures.
Security seems quite lax. As the hotel is linked to a big mall…. People come and go but no proper checks.

The room and facilities were great, especially access to a fully equipped commercial gym in a shopping mall. But the staff service attitude is poor. Of my interactions with so many of them over 4 days, only 2 in the restaurant were good. The rest were like reluctant to help. No smiles from almost every staff. This is so different from my experience staying in Classyc Hotel in Hanoi. They should seriously benchmark Classyc for service excellence
