Amazing view of Oriental Bay. Great shower. Easy access via Tram and few stairs. Did not take that long to walk along to inner Wellington. Plunger coffee, I enjoyed. Binoculars - found these a a couple of hours before exiting. there are hot water bottles there too.
I would recommend to others.
Breakfast. I did message the host, who said they would get in touch with the cleaner to rectify the issue of lack of assortment of spreads for toast ie:10 marmalades and 2 butters (individual portions). But issue not rectified. I did not contact host again. We had a 3 night stay. Husband and I both happy to put or banana on the toasted bread, that is why we did not message host again.

The bed is on the soft side, but it's okay for a couple of nights and more than compensated by an otherwise perfect stay.

The view was fantastic and it was fun to try the cable car up to the studio. Good location.
The studio we rented was very lacking in basic amenities. There were only two different table knives and five plastic forks. There was just one wine glass, and overall the place felt dusty and not properly clean. One of the bedside lamps did not work, and one of the ceiling lights was broken. We had primarily booked the studio because it advertised Wi-Fi, which we needed for work, but it turned out not to function. The host explained that because many guests had complained, he believed Booking.com had removed the information, so he no longer advertised it.
