La limpieza podría mejorar,lo peor fue el desagradable olor a desagüe, las duchas necesitan una limpieza mas afondo . Pedí por favor un margen de tiempo para la hora de mi salida debido que viajaba con una persona de avanzada edad (98) años,la cual se me denegó a pesar de que cuando contrate el apartamento me decía que había flexibilidad.Pocos utensilios en la cocina para la capacidad que tiene el apartamento.Demasiado exigentes a la hora de realizar el check-in y demasiado engorroso.Las contraseñas del wifi no coinciden para nada.

El apartamento está en el centro , cerca de la.playa con muchas tiendas y bares de todo tipo para todos los bolsillos.. el apartamento en si es muy completo y bonito ya q se ve recién reformado solo q parece q algunos inquilinos han echo algunos roces en puertas , la limpieza puede mejorar en el baño ya que el bajo de la mampara estaba con cal incrustada . En general bien todo ..😊
No me gustó entrar a las 16.00 y salir al día siguiente a las 11.00 porque no da la impresión de que pases un día sino medio 😅además habia mucha cal en la parte baja de la mampara y un olor a tubería todo el día 😖, igualmente el apartamento está muy bien 😉

Large 3 bed/2 bath apartment in very good location
Very tired decor. Walls damp, dirty and mouldy in several areas. NO LOCK ON EXTERNAL PATIO DOOR. (Relied on shutters)
Two settees were comfortable but stained and uninviting.
Irritating things like bath towels being small. Only one hand towel per bathroom ( no good for women to dry hair after showering). Nowhere to put toiletries in shower cubicle. Lamps with no bulbs in. Really, REALLY uncomfortable dining chars.
No hairdryer. No extra bedding.
Clock that had no batteries in.
One of my top complaints was the fact we had extremely poor communication with the management company and even had to fetch a key from a shop 10 minutes walk away...directions for which we were given only after several emails and phone calls to request it
The absolute worst thing was having only 1 key between 4 of us. I asked for 1 more at least and was told only 1 key. That's just ridiculous.....we wasted a great deal of our holiday waiting around for each other to get into the apartment.

Great location, generous space, all what you need in an apartment
We couldn't get the internet ...the information provided about network and password didn't match with the place....
I recommend accommodation with parking place provided, for who is traveling by car, .otherwise is a huge huslle to find one.

Extremely awkward to collect the key In another location No WIFI, Host did not fix the issue. Terrible sewage smell from both bathrooms. When I reported it the host said he would mention it to the team. Apartment was not properly cleaned, living room floor was dirty, showers were dirty

Clean tidy and large
WiFi was not working. The process to provide documents ID was awful. Took 2 hrs to upload pics as the system did not work. Frustrating. Could not get key pick up details until 34 mins before agreed time at 4.00 to enter property. We waited 5 hrs between arrival in Benidorm and getting into the property. Felt comms were automated. VERY FRUSTRATING AND VERY NON CUSTOMER FOCUSED. Two of our group loved the accommodation but despised the process to get keys. As a result, they would never use you again. I'm undecided. The process got 1 out of 10.

Excellent location. Apartment was lovely and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful would definitely use them again.
Dishwasher was left full of dirty dishes otherwise no complaints .

One of the bathrooms smelt so bad, like a sewage smell, that we could not use it and had to keep the door closed otherwise the smell was throughout the entire apartment. The balcony window shutter was permanently closed as the electric opener did not work and the door to the balcony lock was broken so we could not lock it. As we were only staying for 2 nights and we were on the 2nd floor we put up with these issues.

The size of the apartment and location
The key collection procedure is very long and complicated , and they only give one set of keys which makes it very difficult, when you are sharing. or even if you are a couple and want to go out at different times etc.
Plus no luggage storage on check out, or help with where we could leave our luggage

The day befor i came to Benidorm i booked this apparment.We are older people (pensionada)
I could not sent him a mail, so i called him about 10 times,that he could see my pasport at the appartment.
I was waiting for 2 ours in the front of the appartment, but he didnot show up!!
I called also booking.com,and also they could not reach him!!
I had to book another hotel in Benidorm!!
Terrible, don't book with this guy!!

Very spacious clean accommodation. Just walk around the corner walk down the steps and you are on the Beach front with Bars and Restaurants. That takes you in to the Old Town.

there was a extremely strong smell in the bathroom which was so bad you couldn’t use the bathroom and also no hairdryer and collecting the keys was a nuisance and also checking in online system was not easy solution and probably wouldn’t go again also only 1 remote for the fans in such hot temperatures not recommended

- cleanliness leaves something to be desired (dust on doors and windows, bad sewage smell in the bathroom, cockroaches in the bathroom)
- no mention in the ad about the 200 € guarantee (we were informed about the guarantee after we paid the accommodation; if we knew about the guarantee before, we would not have booked because we were stressed that we would not be refunded)
- poor communication with the property staff (only by messages with the agency - no answering the phone if called; keys are taken from a lady on the street, who does not accompany to the accommodation - lady only speaks Spanish)

The apartment is in a good location and a short walk into the Old Town area.
The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also had a good size balcony.
Secure in a residential block and we met a lady to collect the keys and show ID on the nearby main street to the beach.
Clean and comfortable with kitchen facilities. We only stayed overnight but suitable for longer stays if needed.
We were aware that there was no parking and even finding a paid (blue space) nearby was not likely at most times.

CAREFUL!!! This property is a trap ... I do not recommend giving your card details directly to the owner. You will be left without them ... This property is a trap. It is listed at a very attractive price. This is to attract customers. The final price of the property will actually be 4 times higher. After making the reservation (so your money has been blocked by booking.com) the owner will ask you to provide him with your card details to block an additional amount as a guarantee. That wouldn't be a problem if the owner (who is an agency) was honest but he wasn't. No one will be waiting for you at the property and you will have to go to the other part of the city for the keys. Delivery takes place on the street! The owner has a series of strange pretensions such as taking the garbage to the garbage can and cleaning the apartment. If you do not do this, you will use this as a reason not to give your money back. However, no matter what you do, if you give your card details directly to the owner, you will be left without them. That's because later the owner will look for reasons not to return it to you. CAREFUL!!! CAREFUL!!! CAREFUL!!! Don't be fooled. Under no circumstances should you give your card details directly to the owner. We were fooled! After we left, we left the apartment clean according to the agreement because we were afraid that this would happen. They won't give us our money back. Therefore, the owner's plan is from the beginning. A few hours after we left, the owner informed us that we would not receive the money back because he found a fault in the coffee machine. Uninspired, however, this owner who understood that everyone on the planet drinks coffee. We don't drink coffee so not only did we not use the coffee machine, but we didn't even touch that object. I repeat in the end. Do not give your card details to the owner !!!! Only booking.com Other issues are related to the cleanliness of the apartment.

We have stayed here before and really loved it. It’s the same place but now it needs some attention and a good clean
It was not clean and we could not sleep as it was too hot. Check in was a nightmare and we were kept waiting on a street corner for 40 minutes even though we did everything they requested. Left to find property via Google maps which only took us to the street not the property location. Staff were very unhelpful.

the terrace is nice,but its facing the hotel so you can see everything,not much privacy
there is a supermarket nearby

the kitchen looks clean and modern, but when you open the cupboard it is full of cockroaches 😵💫 also the dish rack is terribly dirty ( in the cupboard) We also found two eggs in the fridge from previous guests. So this part definitely affected our stay. I'm not very sure that apart from changing towels and sheets, the cleaning is up to standard, even more so to say that the apartment was completely disinfected is not true. There was dust in the living room, and the bathroom around the shower was not very clean
