El emplazamiento y la facilidad para el check in y check out.
Le falta mantenimiento básico: luces, colgadores en el baño, perchas en los armarios. Todo esto es fácil de solucionar.
El aire acondicionado, todo y funcionar, no se podía modificar la temperatura, sólo en modo dry conseguimos que bajara.
El mal olor, como a alcantarilla, ha sido lo peor. Cuando entras en el edificio ya se nota y si abres la ventana del baño aumenta ese olor en el apartamento. Seguramente es un problema de desagües del edificio.

The apartment’s location is really great. The check-in process was excellent, and the digital key was very convenient. The apartment has two rooms and feels spacious.
The apartment has an unpleasant smell. It is also missing some basic amenities that would make the stay much more comfortable.
There are only three dining chairs instead of four, plus a small stool. An espresso machine would be a nice addition, or at least a few wine glasses.
Overall, the owners could put a bit more effort into equipping and maintaining the apartment. With a few improvements, it could be an excellent place to stay.

Location. Size. Locking system. Quiet neighbours - good soundproofing. Comfy beds but small.
Mould over the bathroom ceiling. Very stingy with the washing up liquid and bathroom soap, no washing detergent for washing machine. Missing lamp shades and flickering lights.
