Location, beautiful finishings in an historic building. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and kitchenette. Well stocked.
Slight damp smell, no blackout curtains. The shower did not drain well.

Location was very good. It is definitely an old building and gives you that New Orleans feel. We were in condo number eight and it’s definitely roomy. Keep in mind that this is treated more like an Airbnb and there is not service in the building every day. I personally think it is a great place to stay, especially if you really aren’t gonna be in the hotel very much.
These aren’t necessarily bad things, but because it is an older building, there is no elevator so depending on which floor you’re on, be mindful that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
