The location

Lovely facilities but run like a circus.

The rooms, were clean and they view was great. Also a really nice pool.

We stayed in block 5, room 410. The booking confirmation detailed our arrival time was 1pm however we were told we could not come to the facilities until 5pm. Therefore we had to turn up 4 hours late, due to the room not being ready. Which is very frustrating as we had plans that day we had to move. Moving on from that, we get a key card to leave the hotel, gain access and access the pool. The card would not work, so we asked multiple members of staff an our main host just ignored us all night. Literally read our message and didn’t reply. So we was locked out the hotel room for an additional 3 hours late at night. The noise that comes into the room can only be described as sleepless. Our booking detailed 11am check out just to find out this morning, of course we need to leave by 10 latest. So our stay here, has been cut short by at least 9 hours which I just thinks a bit naughty.
