Bad

It's tiled and you can't put your feet on the floor because of the cold. There is no heater even if you are going to die in the cold. Bathroom fittings are broken. There is a bed made of cement. Service people are good. How can you go with your family to a last lousy hotel with no heater in the outskirts of the city. It is completely different from the ones in the photos.

Tremendous view with healpful staff..

The staff was very helpful and the view and environment were tremendous. Everything was good except for the few maintenance that they have missed to do in the rooms. But with the current economic crisis, I don't think we can expect more... Considering all facts, I will rate this as 7/10...

The room was clean and the place is wonderful. The host was a nice person as always. They were helpful.

The internet was horrible. There is connection but it is not fast. To open a website, you need to wait long. The food was delicious. But the first day I informed them what we wanted to have for breakfast. But they have forgotten and gave us what they wanted. I guess that it would be nice if they could write down what guests say to them rather than trying to remember everything.

We just stayed for 1 night. The room was clean. Decent size room and bathroom. It seemed like a housing scheme environment but quiet and relaxing. I stayed in 4 properties around Nuwara Eliya and Haputale and this was the only property that provided us with a mini heater, which is commendable. Worth the price. Its a 20mins drive from Nuwara Eliya town.

Clean room, stylish bathroom, big outside area, where you can sunbath.

Weather was so cold outside so inside was cold too. The second blanket and hairdryer saved us.

Staff were very supportive and tried to help us.

The location is out of town. To reach this property you have to go up a steep and damaged road. This is a small city where they do not have shopping malls and stuff, as a result had to travel to city by a 3 wheeler every time we needed something. Given the cold weather and travelling with a toddler it was a huge challenge. Plus was very disappointed that the hotel didn't have a integrated heater system. Later on, when i complained about this the staff gave a small heater to plug in the room. very disappointed with the breakfast too. every time bread, butter, jam and an omelette. when you want to eat something, either you have to go to town or ask the staff to order it and be delivered by a 3 wheeler to which you have to pay.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. (Western or Sri lankan breakfast available) Worth for money. Highly recommended.
