This is an amazing place to stay. The closeness to Sidmouth and other places. The rooms were amazing. Everything you needed was there. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The site was beautiful. Places to sit and relax both inside and out. The barn where you could relax in the sitting room was so lovely. The dining room was spacious and extremely well decorated .It was such an interesting building the barn and over 500 years old. It had been beautifully restored. It was such an amazing place to stay. The breakfast was very good and the owners made you feel so at home. We will definitely be going back to stay there. I would recommend this place to everyone. There was a pub opposite the site and a bus stop at the top of the road. Thank you Kim and Peter for making this such a memorable few days away.

We had an excellent stay. Kim and Peter were very friendly. We had a brilliant cooked breakfast, the room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Bed was really comfortable. On arrival Kim made us a pot of tea with biscuits, which we had sat out in the lovely garden. Which made us feel so welcome, we definitely visit again.
Nothing - everything was perfect.
