You are still holding $100.00 for no reason at all. why do you do that. I DO NOT LIKE THAT.

Convenient, clean and bed/plows very comfortable. Stayed only one night but very pleased
Breakfast pretty good. Later in the morning, some things not refilled.

Michele who took care of the breakfast was great, friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to make cookies for me for my birthday.
The person at the front desk who checked me out asked me how I liked the cookies. They never had cookies, which the website stated. They said they only have them when the hotel is 50% full. The fireplace in the lobby was never on. Told us it was broken. The firepit area you could only use by going through the restaurant and only when the restaurant was open. Sometimes even though the restaurant was open the firepit wasn't on. I had to ask numerous times to refill the coffee pots in the coffee area. Sometimes they were empty and sometimes the coffee was cold.
