Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.    Size : sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms Beds : 1 x king size bed, 2 sets of twin beds   Accommodation This Victorian mid-terrace offers practical 3-bedroom accommodation for 6 people, with cool and contemporary styling throughout.  Set in the heart of Mumbles close to the popular 'top shops' of Newton Road, Oystermouth Castle and the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland, this holiday home boasts parking for a small car, and a secluded courtyard garden complete with outdoor shower. Accommodation Ground Floor Kitchen/Diner:   Shaker style cupboards, plenty of storage, an electric oven and 4 ring halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave. Well equipped with pans, utensils etc. Dining table and seating for 6. Kitchen Courtyard:   The back door leads out to a secluded L-shaped courtyard garden where there is an outdoor shower and seating area. Access the garage where there is a WC, wash hand basin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge:   Large L-shaped sofa, 43 inch Smart TV with Virgin box and DVD/Blu-ray player. A feature fireplace with an electric coal effect fire, with a 3-seat sofa and 3 armchairs creating a perfect chill out zone. At the other end of the lounge is a watching and gaming space with flat screen TV, Xbox games console plus games, Fold down workspace for off season workation.French doors also open to courtyard. First Floor Master Bedroom:   King size bed, chest of drawers, hanging space and a Smart TV, and fold down workspace. Bedroom 2:   2 x single beds and under bed drawers, 2 chests of drawers and hanging space. Bathroom:   Fully tiled with a free-standing bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin and built-in storage. Second Floor:   Attic room with restricted head room owing to sloped ceilings. Bedroom 3:   2 x single beds, chest of drawer, hanging space on landing. External:  Garage with remote operated roller door at rear of property for one small car or secure bike and sports equipment storage. Secluded L-shaped courtyard garden at the back of the property with shower, outdoor sitting area and access to garage and parking space. Additional information: Heating:  gas central heating and electric coal effect heater.   Bed linen, hand and bath towels : Provided. Appliances:  hair dryer, iron, ironing board. Pets:  Sorry, no pets permitted at this property. No smoking:  inside the property please. Parking:  Garage for small car. Unrestricted on-street parking available outside the property on a first-come first-served basis. Temporary holiday parking permits can also be purchased from Swansea Council which permit access to resident on-street parking bays. Sleeps 6: 1 King, 2 Twin C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Parking in garage for 1 small car. No pets.
