Located in Tisbury, this charming house for $771 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This custom contemporary log home is located in the prime Eastville area of Oak Bluffs, close to the beach, it is warm and inviting, a great place to relax and enjoy family and friends, you'll find everything you need to create your best summer vacation right here and take home memories of a lifetime! Relax on the 1300sq ft private back deck, cook dinner on the outdoor kitchen, or make a your own pizza in the pizza oven, whether your inside or out, it's made for relaxation, you'll feel right at home here. Inside you'll find four large bedrooms, each with closets, there are two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom with two walk in closets and a large adjoining bathroom complete with jetted tub, shower, sink, and make-up table with large mirror, second bedroom has a king size bed, dresser. downstairs in the main living area, there are two more large bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds, there is a full bathroom close to the bedrooms, The kitchen has been newly remodeled, including new, high end stainless steel appliances, a large, double farmhouse hammered copper sink, a trash compactor and dishwasher. The dining area has enough seating for eight at the table and four more at the kitchen counter, perfect for a large family dinner or having friends over, would you rather dine outside? No problem, there is one large, round, outdoor dining table that seats nine people, altogether you will find seating for up to 12+ people on this private 1300sq ft back deck, an outdoor gas grill, pizza oven, and an outdoor shower complete with hot water, the side deck offers an additional bar hight table with chairs and seating for four perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.The front porch is covered, there is a romantic log swing (for two) and more log Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment and relaxation. The living room has a leather reclining couch and love seat, there is also two ultra comfort, power reclining chairs, perfect to kick back on while watching the 55 inch smart TV that's built into the custom made stone fireplace. Netflix is available as well as high speed internet and WiFi. The laundry room is just off the dining area, it has a large capacity HE washer and dryer, we provide the laundry detergent. This home is just as pictured. It is wonderfully situated and very peaceful. I have been coming to MVY for years and this home by far has been the favorite for my family and I. Scott, the homeowner is absolutely fantastic. He is very responsive and works to make sure you enjoy his home as much as he does. I look forward to another return visit.

This house met of all our expectations. The back yard was huge! …lots of room for our active boys to play whiffle ball and soccer. The weather during our stay was quite hot but the air conditioned home kept us very comfortable. We certainly would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay. Our family of eight ranged in age from 78 to 8 years of age.

I had an amazing vacation. I try to visit the MV every year. This year is not disappoint. The home is as listed. .it was nice to have that open log cabim feel with all the amenities. Scott the owner was very attentive to our needs. He came by just to chat and displayed the Martha Vineyard spirit which we have all come to love. My sister booked for next year. This will be my first choice for years to come. Thank you Scott.

Spent a really nice week with friends with whom we travel often. We appreciated the beautiful indoor and outdoor space. We cooked most of our meals together and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring one day and just playing games, doing a puzzle, or reading another day. Comfortable accommodations
We were two families traveling with young kids - there was plenty of space to spread out and for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable, but take note the second bedroom with king bed is actually a loft so every noise from the living room travels in. The location was very convenient to walk to East Chop for the sunset, bike to Oak Bluffs along the shore, and a very short 2 min drive to Eastville Beach. Also close to Vineyard Haven shopping.
There are more cleaning supplies available than just laundry detergent. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a “welcome book” of sorts with instructions for WiFi, pizza grill, etc.

The house is large, modern and spacious, with a huge and comfortable back deck. It’s in Oak Bluffs but far enough outside the center so that you aren’t in the middle of things but can get there quickly. Scott is a wonderful, friendly and attentive owner. We had a wonderful week there

Great time on Martha's Vineyard
We had a great time at Scott's place. The house was beautiful and the central air was fantastic! We had kids ranging fron 2 to 13 and they all had a blast running around. The enclosed porch gave them a safe space to play without having to constantly worry about the toddler.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to come back.

FANTASTIC week!
We loved our stay in this house! The location was excellent for exploring Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs and dining at the Net Result (yum). I loved the front porch for my morning coffee and book, but we also used the back deck as a family for dinner, ping pong, and roasting marshmallows. The house was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. Scott greeted us when we arrived and literally showed us every part of the house. His wife has decorated most of the house, and the nautical theme is fantastic. I highly recommend this property, as Scott is great to work with, the house is wonderful, and the location makes it easy to explore the island!

Had an awesome week on the Vineyard! This home was the perfect place for my husband, adult daughter, and two grandkids (10 & 17), to kickback and relax. The home was comfortable, close to a nice quiet beach, and 10 minutes from Circuit Ave. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. This home helped to make for a great week on the Vineyard. Great memories!

Scott was a fantastic host. If we needed anything he was more than accommodating. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation.Clean and spacious rooms with tons of character. Beds are so comfortable and plenty of closet space. We cooked a lot in their stainless steel kitchen that comes well equipped with not only kitchen supplies and utensils but enough seating for us all.
Our favorite space though was the outdoor decks. We would begin our day on the front porch swing with our coffee and end our day on the back deck enjoying one of many seating areas, the outdoor kitchen, and ping pong table. We even cooked in the outdoor pizza oven! We are looking forward to returning next year! Thank you Scott and Alyssa!

Fantastic Property!
We spent a week here and wish we could have stayed two! Scott is a great host - very helpful while not being intrusive. The home is beautifully appointed and clean with everything one could ever need. The decks are wonderful for hanging out with friends and family. We loved that we were out of the way yet close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Walking down to East Chop to watch the sunset every evening is a must. We look forward to our next visit.

Charming, cozy, clean with all of the comforts of home!
This charming log cabin style home, exceeded all of our expectations! This home has an open concept living space, yet it manages to maintain a feeling of warmth and comfort. The appliances throughout the house were top notch. We have been renting on the Vineyard for the past 25 years and I have never seen a kitchen so well supplied! I was even shocked to discover that I didn’t need to use the kitchen knife that I bring with me every year (most rentals do not supply sharp cutting knives). We spent a lot of time sitting on one of the many outdoor seating areas. The front porch is covered, the side porch offers a view of sunsets on the Nantucket Sound. The back deck offered a lovely dining area and multiple sitting areas. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were perfect! We can’t wait to come back next year!

What a gorgeous home!!
My family and I stayed in this home for our family reunion. The home is everything the description says and more. It is drop dead beautiful with more amenities than any other house we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to the vineyard for over 20 years. It was clean, spacious, perfectly designed and the owner is super friendly and nearby when needed. The wrap around porch provided peace in the morning and the deck in the back pleasure in the afternoon or evening. The property is right in the middle between Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs which is perfect!!! This home is a keeper for us. We will be back and for two weeks next year!!

Great House! Great Time!
This is a wonderful house to rent on Martha's Vineyard. It's quiet, but close to both Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. The owner was wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive and easy going. The house is very clean and well decorated, but not cluttered. It was a great set up for for two families, with two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. The front porch is great for a drink after the beach. The back deck is great for dinner. It had everything you would need, full kitchen, flat screen, wifi, etc in case of rain. :) Plenty of parking too. We loved it! (Thanks Scott!)

This August marks our third or fourth week long stay at Scott's place. It is the ideal place for a week or two at the beach.

Great Martha's vineyard Rental
We had a fantastic time in this house. It was spacious, clean and had all the needed ammenities. The location was perfect for riding bikes into either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. The owner of the property was easily accessible if any problems arose. I would definately recommend this property to families.
