Harbour View is a luxury condo with 1040 square ft of deluxe living space in its well laid out 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private laundry room, dining for six, breakfast bistro set, balcony looking out over Victoria Old Town, the Empress Hotel, Inner Harbour, and steps from the seawalk. The second bedroom can be either a king bed or made into two twins. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have it ready for you. The main bathroom has a lovely double walk-in shower. The furnishings are deluxe and comfortable. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, DVD player, two recliner chairs, and a lovely leather comfy sofa in the living room which pulls out to a sofa bed. The king master bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and a full en-suite. The condo is located in the Peninsula complex which is a 5-minute walk over the Johnson Street bridge and to Victoria Old Town which is easy access to all the luxuries that will make your holiday or long-term stay in Victoria an enjoyable one. You can't beat the area as you don't have the downtown street noise but it is only a 5-minute walk to the heart of it! Harbour View is located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller-blade, or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area. This is such a great complex we have two units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing two units. You don't need a car, but if you want one there is secured underground parking included and an extra spot can be arranged if you need it. We are also located next to the Delta Ocean Pointe resort so if you don't want to cook dinner you can go and sit at the pub or get a little well-deserved pampering at their European-style spa. Since 2008, Checked in Victoria Vacations has been offering safe methods of payment, an easy booking process, and responsive reservation communications. *Please note there will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival that will prompt you to set up your preferred access, then 14 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property. For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable. This property was exactly what we'd hoped for. Well situated for ease of exploration, well stocked kitchen for home meal prep, and easy access parking, as we brought our car. The unit is very quiet and relaxing, older but not dated.

This property is a well maintained property just a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown Victoria. The benefit of staying here was the view of the city and inner harbor. There is also a lovely walkway along the water by the apartment and it's very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Apartment is well maintained and questions or queries were answered promptly. Close to a great restaurant and bakery but other dining will be a walk into the downtown Victoria.

property and unit are beautiful - clean and well equipped - describes as harbor view but very limited view - directions to unit were difficult to understand and need upgrading - (street to turn on in directions is blocked off for years) - signage of unit and parking garage could very useful in finding correct place, Property manager was contacted twice for help to get key and locate unit - very prompt and helpful to get us into unit
