房東是個很熱情且有趣的人，分享很多京都好玩的景點，讓我們的旅程更加充實，房間裏有暖氣，即時是冬天去，也很溫暖，最棒的是有乾淨的免投幣洗衣機，雖然只能冷風乾燥，衣服無法全乾，但是已經非常足夠了，衣服晾一天就能乾了；二樓還有小廚房及廚具，可以到

這家民宿的地理位置非常好，走路就能到八阪神社，還有四條大橋及商店街，雖然位於鬧區，但是環境非常安靜舒適，另外房東是個非常熱情有活力的房東，介紹了很多京都好玩的景點，準備的設備也很乾淨，我帶著爸爸媽媽一起旅行，他們也非常滿意這家民宿的環境與地理位置。

great location

The location is great! And the size just fine for 2-4 people.

One bedroom is very bright, so bring a sleeping mask. You can look right into the bedroom from the street through the letter box. We put a towel in it to block the sight. Check-in was quit a hassle. We hade to set a time, which was altered by the host. But making an exact time when traveling is not easy and he kept texting us, even though I had kept him in the loop on our itinerary.

merci à notre hôte pour sa bienveillance , pour être venu nous chercher à la sortie du métro pour nous emmener au logement et à sa patience pour ma non réponse rapide à ses mails Nous étions 6 et le logement etait trés confortable ,bien situé, pas très loin de la gare de gion shijo et le soir au calme car au fond d'une impasse

Excellent Location and Comfortable

Just a four min walk to the nearest subway station and it's within walking distance to many tourist attractions. It was clean and comfortable. Do note that this is situated in a residential area so we had to keep quiet after 10PM (including use of washer). We arrived late at night but staff was willing to accomodate us. Staff did a walk through of all the attractions nearby and even sent me a long list of restaurants he recommend based on cusined. He realized that the cleaning staff didn't help us set up the tatami bedding so he did that before leaving. Hope we got to stay longer so that we can explore more of the area!

Little mishap about meeting staff at the station. It was late so he dozed off a bit and it gave me abit of a heart attack but I was able to contact him. Everything was good after.

Great location once you've located the address.

Cannot beat the location in Kyoto. Good amount of space for our large group. Having laundry is so helpful.

Expected a little more on cleanliness when compare to our other stays in Japan. It is a little hard to find and we almost couldn't find our shipped luggages. Probably will not recommend shipping luggage to this property.

Comfortable and close to several points of interests with a great host.

The property was in a good location and close to shopping and public transit stops. The host was amazing and he gave us a good presentation on Kyoto and gave a lot of recommendations on what we could do.

Location, cleanliness and well furnished.

I got at the place around 10pm, when I got there I knew that the owner was not going to be there, (he sent me a message about this) however he didn’t mention anything about how to get in his place. Once I got there, there was a sign between the window and a metal glass shield. Everything written in Japanese. I tried messaging him but no response. After like 40min in the cold we were lucky and found some locals who read the sign and called the owner and told him that we were there. (On that sign were only telephone numbers not Intructions about how to get inside) I was told at that moment that he left the key locked to a gas pipe outside his place and gave me the combination to open the padlock… He did message me a few days before arriving with a list of “don’ts”. The one “Don’t “ that made me call Booking was a noise sensor. I called Booking Customer Services and tried to cancel this booking, I told them about the noise sensor, I was told that they were going to contact the owner and ask him to turn off this device.

Convenient location and good for families

It was very close to station and shops. The owner was very helpful in showing us the accommodation and highlighting the main attractions of Kyoto. He even explained the best way to get to places and accompanied us on the bus to show us a great place to have sushi train.

comfortable, cosy and warm

I really thanks and grateful to the owner Mr.kazunori for being compasion and understanding. He still wait for me eventhough i was late for an hour because of miscommunication during my trip to his place. The house itself really feel comfortable, cosy and warm. All the ameneties (washing machine, microwave, fridge, tv, heater, induction cooker really make all 7 of us feel like home after a long day travel enjoying all the tourist spot.

Good

The location is unbeatable, and the owner was super welcoming, spending a long time sharing his tips for visiting Kyoto. The house is very charming and comfortable, though for a family of four it lacked a proper table/sitting area, but since we only really had breakfasts there, that was not a big deal.
