The property features: - 2 large bedrooms, 1 King sized bed & 1 queen sized bed - Panoramic Gold Coast, Hinterland and Ocean views - Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning on the upper level - Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher - TV, DVD player and portable sound system - Gas BBQ and outdoor seating on upper balcony - Attached double carport, Security locked windows - Washing machine & clothes dryer - Please do not smoke inside the property or on the balcony - No pets Please take care when entering the driveway as it sharp turn. We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system. Please be aware the property strictly NOT a party house. Please be mindful of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified via neighbours or the Police. Our stay at this property is exactly what we needed, a few days away from our busy schedules. We spent most of Saturday indoors and just took in the view, it was so serene. Amy was very accommodating, the property was very clean and welcoming. Thank you for ensuring we had a great stay Amy.

Stunning outlook from our balcony across to the Gold Coast and the sea- what a beautiful way to start the day, having breakfast with that view. The house was clean, bright and well furnished, with everything that we needed (but a clothes horse would her been appreciated too). The driveway was manageable, and we were able to turn around to get out, so it wasn’t a problem. Quiet location for the house, and it was nice to drive past farms and the golf course to get to town. Tamborine Mountain is full of lovely cafes and art and craft shops, and the house was a very good base to visit them and the local waterfalls, and also visit O’Reilly’s and explore there. We would be more than happy to come back.

The accommodation was excellent the views of the Gold Coast were wonderful and the home is bigger and better than the photos and very comfortable for 4 adults. The only downside was it was not as clean as we expected but nothing we couldn't resolve by washing a few dishes etc. Would definitely recommend the accommodation though as it was excellent.

Extremely happy with our experience, were far enough away from the tourists yet close to all amenities and a short drive from the Gallery Walk. Thoroughly enjoyed our time - only wish we had booked another night👍

Only thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness of the glasses etc. And if each guest is supposed to leave the kitchen clean, then it should be checked. Every glass had yuck lip lines

Was quite happy with our stay. The place obviously hasn’t been used much recently, so could do with an overall dust/clean. Only real issue was the communication regarding linen. Was told to bring all our own linen including blankets, but everything was supplied. So wasted time organising it all and it took up a fair amount of space in the car.

Beautiful view, very clean and well kept, roomy lovely place. Reading the facilities we weren’t sure if it had a queen and king or queen and double beds as there was inconsistent descriptions but either way they were comfortable and lovely.

Had a wonderful stay, incredible view in a quiet street. Mt Tamborine is a truly peaceful beautiful place to visit. Loved Hamptons Estate and Witches falls wineries. BBQ just needs to be updated, unfortunately we couldn’t use. Couldn’t fault anything else. Thanks for sharing with us.

Great property in a fantastic location. Very comfortable beds & all amenities fully provided. Just loved the view from both upper & lower decks. It would have been better if linen had been provided within the price. Felt very comfortable in this property.
