About this cottage rental

Resting by open fields, this lovely guest cottage is the perfect place for a getaway stay. Beautifully appointed with classic architecture and lots of light, it has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one full bath, a sitting and dining area, and a kitchenette. A couch in the living area is long enough for another sleeping location. The cottage is located fifteen minutes from downtown New Haven, Connecticut. There is a public walking trail across the street, winding around open fields and by a community garden.

We had a really wonderful stay. The cottage is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking a meadow and a well tended garden. Everything was as described. Sharon went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute requests. The cottage was tastefully furnished, very clean, cozy and comfortable. Don't hesitate, its special. Feels like a home not one of those cookie cutter rentals. Thank you!

A delightful cottage, and a kind hostess. I didn’t fiddle much with the TV as I got in late and had work to do. But the large painting concealing the flatscreen is a beautiful, brilliant idea! Wished K could have stayed longer! But it was more of a convenience stop to drop in and sleep after a concert and a long day of work and driving! Perfect stay - very comfortable and as cozy as described!
