A beautifully relaxing calm and pure place to hang out and charge the batteries at the backyard under starry skies- while wildly wide open seascapes await only a short bike ride away. Grocery shopping within 10 minutes walking. Great outdoor BBQ to create delicious meals. Peace out.

We spend a week at the mainhouse an Casa Sitta with 6 persons. The livingspaces and Garden area is very nice, you have a lot of cozy spaces and shadow spaces to relax. Good sea view from the terrace! Everything is as described in the advertisment,app. is fully equiped. Steph was very friendly and all the communication and processes were quick and uncomplicated. Only one thing is nice to know: there is only one parking slot for car (we had two rental cars). But nearby is a public parking space. Dont let it on the streets ! the pay fine is very high ....

Idylle mit Meerblick
Wir waren in der ersten Novemberwoche zum zweiten Mal in diesem mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtete Haus. Das Haus und der Garten bieten ruhige Privatsphäre, die von niemandem eingesehen werden kann. Man betritt durch eine Tür in der Mauer einen sonnigen Vorgarten mit einer Grillstelle und Sitzecke.
Auf der anderen Hausseite führen große Glastüren auf eine geräumige Terrasse mit Meerblick, von der beidseitig Treppen in einen botanischen Garten mit vielen Sitzecken führen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit kontaktierbar und unermüdlich freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht, auch für Fragen rund um die Organisation unserer Freizeitgestaltung auf der Insel haben sie uns jederzeit Tipps gegeben.
Wir würden immer gerne wieder kommen.

La casa está situada a 5 min andando de la playa y del centro de Es Pujol. Ubicación realmente cómoda. Muy limpia y con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy amables y disponibles los dueños. La terrazita que da al jardín es un pequeño paraíso. La única molestia puede ser por los vecinos, porque se oye todo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di Giugno 2021, siamo una coppia giovane con un bambino di 11 mesi. Conosciamo l’isola da 10 anni.

The attention to detail and design of the garden in particular is quite incredible and the friendliness of the owner and the welcome lady simply added to the overall lovely and wonderful experience. We had a great time at the beautiful and spotless house in the breathtaking garden. It's close to the towncenter as well as the beach and still very quiet and surrounded by nature. Stocked with everything we needed to cook or bbq.
We rented bikes and explored the island which was easily done from this starting point.
Communication with Stephy as well as Sofie was very friendly, quick and helpful.
Sofie is a lovely lady and went out of her way to make our stay as awesome as possible.

Hübsches, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit traumhaftem Garten
Dieses hübsche, liebevoll eingerichtete Haus liegt an sehr ruhiger Lage, in paradiesischem Garten, denoch nahe des Zentrums von Es Pujols.
Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche gut ausgestattet um für 8 Personen zu kochen.
Grosszügige Terasse mit Blick übers Meer nach Ibiza.
Auch geeigente um mit einer kleinen Gruppe Yoga zu praktizieren.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, zentral zur Stadt aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen! Gerne wieder!! Für 6 Personen ideal! Küchenausstattung ist super. Ein großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach vorhanden. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im großen Garten.

Fantástica casa, recién renovada con gusto y a estrenar, y con igual de fantastica dueña que tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer.
Localización perfecta, a un paso andando a la playa de Es Pujols y su paseo de madera. Dos baños para dos habitaciones, algo raro de conseguir en la isla y que se agradece mucho.
Pero lo mejor de todo su terraza con vistas mar y su jardin privado, una maravilla nada habitual y que merece la pena disfrutar. Relajación total, por si no habias tenido bastante con las mejores playas del mundo.
En fin, ...deseando que llegue el año que viene.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus (frisch renoviert) mit einfacher Ausstattung. Es ist alles da was man so braucht und bietet für 4 Personen genügend Platz. Der Garten ist ist schön gemacht und von der Terasse gibts sogar ein wenig Meerblick. Da im Mai allgemein noch nicht viel los ist, war es sehr ruhig.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen wo sie können.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Casa perfetta
La casa è veramente meravigliosa e molto accogliente, lontana da ogni rumore ma a due passi dal centro di Es Pujols e in posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell'isola.
Gli spazi interni sono ben arredati e ben distribuiti (due camere, due bagni ed ampio salone) e la cucina è perfettamente accessoriata.
Il patio ed il grande giardino sono bellissimi e pieni di aree relax.
Casa dotata di ogni comfort (es. wifi, barbecue ...).

El sitio estupendo, la atención también, solo que debería tener aire acondicionado, he estado en muchos alojamientos de formentera y todos disponen de el, por lo demás perfecto.

Una estancia estupenda
Pasamos mi marido, mis dos hijos y yo una semana a finales de agosto 2016 en Casa Sitta. La casa es muy acogedora, limpia, la cocina bien equipada, tiene wifi, el salón grande, dos dormitorios casi iguales, dos baños, uno de ellos pegado a la casa con acceso desde el patio delantero. En este patio está la barbacoa tb con mesa y sillas. Lo que, quizá, más nos gusto eran la terraza y el jardín. Las vistas desde la terraza, que es muy grande, son espectaculares. El jardín tiene muchos rincones preciosos y no se comparte con las demás estancias que se alquilan de Casa Sitta. La playa está a 5 min andando. El entorno es bonito, el pueblo, Es Pujols, muy "chic" con sus puestos de artesanía, restaurantes, tiendas y terrazas - casi todo en manos de italianos. Hay mucho turismo italiano en la isla.
El trato con el dueño fue muy amable desde el primer contacto por escrito, pasando por la llegada a la casa hasta el día que nos tuvimos que marchar. En definitivo, totalmente recomendable.

Joli appartement avec belle terrasse- nuit parfois difficiles
Appartement décoré avec goût, magnifique terrasse qui permet de profiter de longues soorée et d'agréable déjeuné. Seul défaut : la qualité de la literie, qui nous a valut des nuits entrecoupés et qqs maux de dos.
Attention pas de clim, mieux vaut être adepte des ventilateurs.

We were a little underwhelmed by the facilities indoors - no air conditioning (just some plug-in fans) which meant spending any time inside the villa was uncomfortably hot; the kettle was broken, though subsequently replaced when we asked; we thought that for the price of the villa, including some washing liquid for handwashes (we were told we couldn't use the washing machine!), some soap, etc. would have been appropriate. There was none. Indeed, we were also told we couldn't use the car space for the villa if we wanted to rent a car, but would have to use a general car park area about 100 meters away.
These are minor gripes - the location is spectacular. But for what you're paying, it may make more sense to find a decent five star hotel...

liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten
Wir waren als Familie im Mai 2016 in der Casa Sitta. Das Haus ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und vom Zentrum in Es Pujols entfernt und liegt trotzdem ruhig. Von der Dachterrasse und auch von der Terrasse hat man Meerblick. Unser Kleiner war den ganzen Tag draussen und hatte, wenn wir zu Hause waren viel zu entdecken im geschützten Vorgarten, sowie im großen Garten, der viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten bietet.
Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Casa Sitta sehr gut gefallen!! Ein schönes und auch etwas hippiemäßig eingerichtetes Haus. Können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und wir würden auch immer wieder kommen.

Casa Sitta é davvero un paradiso,le foto rispecchiano pienamente la realtá:è arredata in modo particolare e di gusto,ma anche molto pratico.Cucina funzionalecon elettrodomestici e utensili in abbondanza.Grande soggiorno con camino e ampia vetrata che affaccia sulla meravigliosa terrazza costituita in parte da un bel loggiato.La chicca della casa è sicuramente il magnifico giardino con un'enorme varieta di piante grasse e non,con vari punti in cui ci si puo sedere e rilassare dopo una bella giornata al mare.La sera,grazie anche ad un'attenta illuminazione sia in giardino che in terrazza potrete godere di un cielo stellato indimenticabile.ma non é finita qua,perche se non vi bastasse il giardino antistante ne troverete un altro sul retro della casa con barbeque in muratura e un bel tavolo sotto il pergolato.Insomma non manca proprio nulla.
Un ringraziamento speciale ad una persona speciale che è Federica,che si occupa della casa per conto della proprietaria:ci ha accolti dal primo momento della nostra breve vacanza come vecchi amici....grazie davvero

Idyllic place in Formentera
Thank you for a great stay at Casa Sita. The house is so wonderfully located amidst a big beautiful green garden so lovely that every day I could find a new spot to enjoy. In the evenings we marveled about the view we had seeing the night lights of Ibiza shimmering in the dark. What a little paradise you made in Formentera. We where happy being able to walk to Espujols to do our shopping or go for a swim on the beach which we did every day. So all in all we find it a fantastic private place to relax, we have had a lovely holiday in Casa Sita and would recommend it to everybody, especially for people like me who love gardens.
