Located in Napier, this charming house for $87 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Recently renovated (2020)this fully fenced section provides privacy and spacious living with modern amenities, with free wifi and sky. There is a integral garage and off street parking for another car The garage has a washing machine and dryer and outside is a clothesline. Five minutes walk takes you to the popular bars, cafes and restaurants of the inner harbour of Ahuriri along with the new 4 square supermarket. The fishing club is also five minutes walking which offers restaurant and bar facilities. Ten minute walk will take you to a safe swimming beach at East Pier. , and also to the cycleways. By car you can travel over the Napier hill to the Art Deco city. Please note that the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. Soap and Shampoo along with tea, coffee and sugar provided. Full kitchen facilities are provided. Special conditions: Smoking allowed outside ONLY...Minimum of two nights stay . Plus. $25 per extra person. Extras: Cleaning (included); Linen (included);

Immaculate home, clean, beautiful, was so close to the township, easily accomodated my family of 6. Beds were so comfortable. Had a bit of a hiccup with our booking, which was a fault on my end and the host was easy to communicate with and patient. Overall, was an amazing and comfortable stay. Home is well equipped with everything you need.

The home is spacious and exactly as described. It is very comfortable with two bedrooms and a big living room with open kitchen. Everything is new and works perfectly. Very good internet speed. Nice parking space outside or in the garage. We stayed there for three nights and can only recommend the property.

Very spacious, well equipped and spotless accomodation. I'd recommend it to families who want beds, space and a full kitchen. No steps. Lots of sky channels and DVD Player. Nice outdoor seating area. Busy road but quiet at night. Good parking in/out of garage. Convenient location to cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. Easy access to hill walk over to Napier. Tony

All was good. A minor improvement would be two keys as the doors need keys to be locked as well as unlocked. Walls are rather bare too, but overall it was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Great property within easy walk of ahuriri waterfront and restaurants. The perfect spot for a few days away. The beds were great and felt like good quality. As others have said, it is bigger than the pics suggest. Also nice to have a garage for the car overnight. Highly recommend :)

Spotless clean, bigger and a lot nicer than what the photos show. Definitely been upgraded and the location was great for our needs. Also the bed and bedding was definitely comfortable for sure. Well worth it!

Beautiful place, we really enjoyed our stay. Warm, snug cozy. Our daughter loved the puzzles and books that were available - was a task to get her to get her into the car. Definitely will be back again, this was so much nicer than booking into a motel/hotel. Thank you

Very happy with our choice, the photos didn't really do it justice! The place is massive for only 2 bedrooms and has everything you need, the bedding was what you'd usually only find in a hotel (need to get my hands on a duvet like that) and the heat pump - although noisy (needs a service David!) - did a great job keeping the whole house warm. So easy just to walk to the shops and restaurants, lots of new builds in the area and it felt like a safe and fairly quiet neighbourhood. Would stay again!

Lovely home to stay in. Close to amenities and central to all the people and places we were visiting. Weather was good and managed to sit out on the deck in the sunshine a couple of times while there. Had everything that was needed and would think o staying again if available when in the area.
