location, staff, room, facilities were all great. Its a mid city hotel so the location is great,just a short walk to Hakata station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Most staff members were able to speak English when my faulty Japanese failed. The room a little small but to be expected for the price and being a Japanese hotel.
There wasnt anything I disliked about my stay.

The annex was around 18 mins walk to Hakata Station. We usually walk in the morning but we take a taxi at night because we have a lot of items to itch us. It’s about JPY1,200 from the station to the annex.

Apartment near Hakata Station which you can walk less than 10 mins. Room is big size and full of facilities. Staff is so helpful and nice so they make our stay so perfectly. We will be back for sure

For a short stay it was comfortable, efficient and adequate. Front office staff were friendly and cheerful.
the aircon unit in the balcony was uncomfortable and the noise of washing machine of neighbours was also disturbing.
