Rent one unit, or rent them all for family gatherings, company getaways, or friends reunion. This unit features ocean views, and is located on the 2nd story. No matter the occasions, this property will not disappoint. One block from the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The property includes outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, outdoor cooking area, 1 parking spot onsite per unit. Monthly and weekly rates are available. One parking space is included. Had a fantastic 3 night stay. The location is perfect. Close to the beautiful beach and also close to the touristy and fun commercial strip. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. We thought it was weird that the bathroom with the shower had zero towel racks and the 1/2 bath in the master had room for 9 towels. No lie. Otherwise the place is great for a few days and nights. Very comfortable.

We traveled to Pismo Beach for a family wedding and had a wonderful visit. We loved the Pismo Beach area, and this condo was good for us. It was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and the location perfect to activities, the beach, and the wedding venue at the White Barn in Edna Valley. We had other family in another condo in this building so its great for family gatherings needing more space.

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect for our small family. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Super clean, great amenities, and comfortable beds. No air conditioning, but luckily the weather was mild when we were there. I wouldn’t say that the description of being one block away from the beach is accurate, but it is a very short walk! Can’t wait to book here again!

I thought this place was great overall. Great remodel, close to downtown and the beach. My suggestions to improve would be simple kitchen stuff like pot holders, salt and pepper, oil, etc. it’s a nice kitchen, but these were missing and made cooking more challenging. I would also ask for more places to hang things like towels, especially with no washer/dryer access. But overall, strong recommend to stay here, just bring your own kitchen stuff.

Excellent property for our stay during the 4th of July week in Pismo Beach! The location is top-notch, because everything - restaurants, the beach, and shops are all within walking distance. We stayed in one of the upstairs unit which has beautiful views, including the fireworks. The property itself is also excellent. It was just as described, modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. We did have an issue with the wifi, but I communicated with the property management and it was fixed promptly. I would recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

This is a perfect place to stay with the family when visiting the Pismo area. Very conveniently located near the 101, especially if you plan on visiting the neighboring areas. This place was cute, clean, comfortable, quiet, and accurate to the pictures. Having a dedicated off street parking space was very nice as well. Everything in the listing was accurately described except there is only 1 and 1/2 baths, not 2 full baths (only 1 shower) and while it is an easy walk to the beach it’s 2.5 “Pismo blocks” from the beach, not one, so just make sure to check the map to make sure it’s close enough for you. With all that said, We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

My family stayed here during our most recent vacation in Pismo. The apartment was newly remodeled, pictures were accurate. The location was great and within walking distance to everything. It was clean and well equipped. It had beach chairs and a few beach towels if needed. Nothing against the property but if you have young children, there is no bathtub. They were very responsive and quick to any issue or question we had. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Great location only 6 min walk to the beach. We were able to grab our surfboards and walk right over. The property was a perfect size place and decorated well. Management was quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely location, easy to get to from 101. Quiet area-even though all units were rented, felt like a private place, no noise. A beautiful walk to the beach and all around downtown Pismo. When I get a chance to return to Pismo, this will be the first place I will check availability.

My family and I choose this location as it looked very welcoming in the pictures and was close to the beach and pier. The check in was easy, the property manager was accessible and sent check in details in advance which was great, and the property was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice weekend getaway.

Everything was great. Only issue was that the wi-fi was not working, and property manager had no fix for it. Other than that, great stay.

Overall the place was clean and updated. However, we were all really surprised by the lack of amenities that are usually provided during vacation stays. There were no spices or basic kitchen items like oil or salt and pepper. The kitchen had minimal cooking utensils. For example, there were only 4 dinner plates when the place sleeps 5. There were no kleenex or soap. There wasn't any shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel. We reused our bath towels, which is fine but for a 4 day stay, there should have been a couple of towels each. And there was no washer and dryer.
We've stayed at many places like this across the country from Hawaii to New York city. We've even stayed in Pismo before and we've never had such an empty place. They are usually stocked with kitchen spices, and supplies and even higher end bath products. We've been greeted with gift baskets before with fruit and wine. There literally wasn't even a bar of soap here.
We won't be staying here again. We had to hit the local stores a few times just to be able to cook and bathe.

Perfect location for the beach and downtown. Walking distance to everything. The best seafood restaurant, Ada's Fish House, is 1 block away; ate there 3 times! Nice walk to the butterfly grove, short drive to wine tasting in Edna Valley. Inside unit is clean with comfy furniture. Stayed here before, would stay here again.

The rental was conveniently located, just 3 - 4 blocks from the beach, shops & restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and close to restaurants and the beach. Parking was the only issue. If your bringing more than one car then be prepare to hunt for street parking.

We loved this clean and efficient place. The layout was perfect for everyone to feel like they had their own space — adults in the bedrooms and kids on the fold out sofa. We felt very safe and secluded while also in the heart of an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you — would surely stay again!
