The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and helped us organize transfers and excursions, making it easy to enjoy the many activities and attractions the area has to offer. The location is excellent and very convenient. Highly recommended!

The room was clean; the shower and toilet worked; great to have an access to washing machine and possibility to dry laundry; the location is good, it was quiet, and the view is fantastic!
I would improve the shared kitchen space. There was no introduction to it from the host, no rules specified who cleans the space, washes towels, or throws garbage. So most of the time the garbage bin was full (I emptied it a couple of times, but other tenants did not); same with the floor - no one cleaned it. So a clear instruction from the host, on the wall or verbally, would probably help manage this better.
Since the kitchen is quite large, I would add one more table and chairs so several families could eat at the same time.

I stayed here with my friends, and the room was very comfortable and cozy. Everything, including the common areas, was extremely clean and tidy. We even had access to a washing machine at no extra charge, which was very convenient. The hostess and host were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is great, close to the city center and supermarkets. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Mestia. My family also visited this place and had a great experience.
