The home offers amazing views and is perfect for scalloping, fishing, kayaking, manatee viewing and pretty much anything you can do in the water! It is common for Dolphins, Manatees and Mullet to swim by the dock. Fish or just relax out by the dock. Boat dock can hold up to two mid-size boats if tied together side by side. Features: New modern kitchen, Porcelain wood inspired flooring throughout. Great room /Split bedroom plan, the master bedroom has new king size bed, walk-in closet and a full master bath. the second bedroom has a queen size bed with window to water views. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and a single bed. Large 2 car garage and drive way. Large property with plenty of room to park your boat trailer. This dog-friendly waterfront home is centrally located on a quiet road. Nearby are many restaurants and public boat ramp just a short drive way or just take the boat for a 5 to 10-minute boat ride to the freezer restaurant and Macrae’s the shed. Recreational amenities include 2 kayaks, fishing poles, board games, 55-inch smart TV, cable, internet Wi-Fi, and a propane gas grill.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and centrally located to the main channel. It was close to the boat ramp and we were able to dock our boat behind the house. Definitely a must stay place!!

Our group of six was very happy with the home. There was plenty of living area so we didn’t feel crowded. Everyone slept well on the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped. They provided various games to while away a rainy day. The dock is very nice, with a fish cleaning station and hose to clean your gear when you return from scalloping. Our 21 ft boat fit easily, and it didn’t take long to get to the main river. We would definitely rent this home again.

This was our second stay at this property. We had such a wonderful time our first stay we had to come back. The second time didn’t disappoint. Our only disappointment was we could not stay longer … and my husband and I each had to work one day during the stay. The Wi-Fi connection made it easy for me to work remote. Very appreciative we were able to bring our two dogs. They love spending time on our boat!

Great location. Quiet location. Drink coffee on the dock in the morning. Drinks in the afternoon. Kayak or boat. Well stocked kitchen. Ample room for all. Snorkeling with the manatees! Freezer tiki bar nearby 😁 No complaints other than should have stayed longer.

Wonderful house located in a quite friendly neighborhood. We had a 28-day stay, the house is nicely furnished and well equipped. Located on a canal with a dock for our boat, kayaks were already there. The fenced in yard a plus for our spaniel

Property met out needs and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our little dog. Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed our time there.

This home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Very clean home and has everything you could possibly need. Lots of games for family and two kayaks for our used. Fenced in yard and dock for boat. Neighborhood is very safe and neighbors were friendly. Keith and Barb next door were a wealth of info on where to go and things to do. The owner of home, Tony, was great to work with and very accessible to answer any questions and he called when we arrived to make sure everything was good with our accommodations. The only downside was that our time went by too quickly and we had to leave this wonderful place!

This is our second year staying at this property for our annual scalloping trip and we love it! Location is ideal to be able to access the gulf and enjoy the river and close to some of our local favorites by golf cart. Tony is always to easy to work with and available for any questions throughout the duration of the stay! We can’t wait for next year.

Great location we have friends that lived nearby and this was walking distance from them and the Freezer where we enjoyed lunch and dinner. We rented a pontoon and kept it right at the dock. The boat ride to the gulf and the springs were simple and we enjoyed fishing while we were here. Plenty of room for all!

This house did not disappoint! Came with my husband, mother son and 3 of his friends. There is plenty of room, everything you need in the kitchen, and a very quit location close to some wonderful restaurants! Loved kayaking down the canal and Tony, the owner/realtor evan showed us the retirement community we are interested in . He was super pleasant and wonderful to work with.

How perfect, fenced back yard for the dog, boat in the canal in the back yard. The tiled floors made it easy for Mom to navigate with her walker. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Tony made his number available in case we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Thanks again for letting us stay. We love the location and the house is well stocked and great for our family. I like the fenced yard that keeps the dog contained. My kids did one of the puzzles and we played cards and they fished from the deck. Plenty of great restaurants right near the house. It was another great trip. Thanks you Tony!

We loved everything about our stay at Gonzo River Daze. My boys caught several fish off the dock. We saw lots of wildlife and even a few manatees in the canal. The location is perfect. Neighbors are quiet and the few you see are friendly. House was well supplied with towels, lines and blankets. The kitchen was well equipped to do lots of cooking/baking. The beds are very comfortable. The was no garage fridge at the property, as it had recently quit working. It would have been nice to have the extra fridge due to we had other family in town and we did alot of entertaining at our house. The backyard was great and we had several fires in the evening. A huge plus was the dock light, really comes in clutch for night fishing and cleaning up after dark. We will definitely stay at Gonzo River Daze again in the future if we celebrate Thanksgiving in Old Homosassa again. You won't be disappointed with this rental.
