About this house rental
Located in Middletown, this attractive house for $1,380 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. BBH is an incredibly versatile spacious rental with a 4BD main house and a separate 2BD in law apartment with roof-deck. Two first floor bedrooms-no steps. SUMMER 2024 full weeks run SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. The Main house has a NEW KITCHEN, two 1st floor bedrooms and two 2nd floor bedrooms. There are full bathrooms with tubs on each floor, plus an additional 1/2 bath on 1st floor, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower in the private backyard. 1st floor bedrooms have king bed, two twin daybeds with pullout twin trundles. 2nd floor bedrooms have queen, two twins and set of twin bunk beds. The large deck located directly off the main house kitchen is great for backyard barbecues and casual entertaining. On hot summer days, stretch out on one of our reclining cushioned loungers, or rest quietly in the shade under our dual retractable awnings. In the evenings, enjoy beautiful westward sunset views right from your own deck. Main house patio furniture comfortably seats 12+. The attached in law apt has a separate entrance from inside the garage. It has its own living room, small kitchen, private queen bedroom, and loft bedroom with a full and a queen. There is one full bathroom with tub for the apt. And best of all, the apt has direct access to our incredible roof-deck with spectacular views. BBH has a fabulous location just a five minute walk down a quiet side street to The Newport Resort and First / Easton's Beach, a great family beach with extensive amenities. Easy bike ride or 15 minute walk to Second / Sachuest Beach, or bike/quick drive to Third Beach. For the kids, a local elementary school expanded playground is only a quick stroll away. BBH is a five minute walk to many local restaurants (including The Atlantic Grill, Tickets sports bar, Diegos mexican, Mission burger and Flo's Clamshack), surf-bike shops, convenience store, liquor store, Clementines ice cream shop. The house was the perfect house for a large group, with many different sitting areas and many beds/ bedrooms perfect for large families. Communication with the hosts were excellent. The location was amazing, short walk to the beach and 5 minutes from downtown Newport. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed at this property for my sons wedding and it was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and to the Cliff walk. Everything was clean and spacious with both units rented. Would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were exceptionally responsive; the house is very well-stocked, clean, and functional; and the location is perfect. Short walk to Middletown restaurants and First Beach, slightly longer walk to Second (suggest driving and parking to bring beach gear - ~15-20 minutes unloaded). Highly recommended!

Property was beautiful, and close to everything you might need. Sara, the owner was a delight to work with. All questions were answered promptly and she came up with suggestions for the “ must sees” for any events in town. She made a small get away a little more special.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. There were 11 of us, all family members who spend the week between Christmas and New Year’s together just relaxing and reconnecting. There was plenty of room in the house for us to play games and watch movies, but still go our separate ways when we wanted some downtime. The house was close to so many activities. We could have walked to Cliff Walk if we had been motivated. Sara was great, and just the right amount of attentive. She answered the questions I had, quickly, and was generally a pleasure to work with. We would definitely consider going back to this house. The location was great for a winter trip, it would be outstanding for a summer trip.

Great location & large space for big family
We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again. The property is a 2 block walk to the beach and same distance to the local coffee/ice cream/restaurants/etc. The amount of space was perfect for our entire family (4 couples and 5 grandkids). The separate apartment provided space & comfort for our family with newborns & toddlers. The roof deck view was great for end of day drinks & allowed those with fussy kids to still feel like they were right on the beach. The house exceeded expectations.
Sara & Lance were great communicators & made sure everything was in order before check in. House is well marked with rules & instructions.

Newport get away
I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to stay in Newport with a mid to large size group. We had three families of four that stayed. There was plenty of room. The location was excellent (a very short walk to the beach). The homeowners provided a ton of beach gear including coolers, chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. The house was clean, well-kept, and very well provisioned with kitchen essentials, movies, and more. The view from the top deck was awesome. We will definitely be booking this facility again.

Lovely, clean home
My friends and I enjoyed a lovely long “girls weekend” here for a birthday. Though weather and injuries kept us from enjoying a lot of previously planned activities we were perfectly entertained in the home. We particularly enjoyed coffee on the roof deck in the morning!

This property is amazing. It's exactly as advertised. We were a group of 9 women and we all slept comfortably and there is plenty of room to socialize. The back deck was the length of the home and plenty of room for all of us. Coffee in the morning on the top deck was wonderful. The view was amazing. The house is equipped with all of your needs for cooking and going to the beach (chairs, coolers etc). We walked to the beach, cliff walk and several great restaurants. Perfect locations to enjoy the beauty of Newport. This property is highly recommended. Sara was responsive and answered all of our questions.

The property was everything as it was described. Clean does not come close to saying the condition, it was spotless. We have done VRBO before and this was definitely the cleanest ever. The decoration and updates were lovely. Sara and Lance saw to our every need in a timely fashion.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Area
The location of this house is amazing. Sara and Lance were a dream to work with, especially during the pandemic, when I had to push out our weekend an entire year. The home itself is massive and boasts a beautiful roofdeck and patio. It's a quiet neighborhood walkable to many restaurants and stores for your needs, along with the beach. The check-in experience was seamless. I'd definitely go back for another weekend!
