Very clean well appointed cottage. Newer appliances, spacious bathroom with beautiful river rock/tile shower. Great neighborhood with great old well maintained homes just blocks from all the attractions, museum and restaurants. Landlord was very kind and patient answering our questions. Woke up to deer and rabbits on the front lawn, we sat on the front deck and enjoyed the wildlife show with coffee. In all the years we've used VRBO this is one of the best rentals we've stayed at. We would stay here again and would recommend this renatl without hesitation.

We have a family of 6 so it was kind of a tight squeeze but we made it work just fine. The walk in shower was a great bonus and the place was nicely updated.

This is a great house, spacious, in a great location within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Joshua was quick with answering any questions we had.

We really liked the ability to walk out on the front deck and enjoy meals and drinks everyday. We contacted Josh the owner with a couple of questions and he as immediately responsive. It was also great to be able to use the one stall garage to park my motorcycle inside. The close location to downtown was probably the best feature. All the drinking and only a short walk back to the house! Overall a great stay.

Very nice rental. I have been going to Cody for well over 30 years. I have always stayed at a hotel so it was nice to have some extra living space. I could see the mountains from the front window. Will definitely stay here again
