Situated in Steamboat Springs, this lovely house for $334 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Relax in this 3-bedroom 4.5-bathroom townhome only .4 miles from the slopes! The Waterford 14 property has multiple amazing amenities, convenience to the mountain, and privacy for you to enjoy. Once you park in the garage with space for 2, you will enter the ground level which has the private hot tub along with a ½ bathroom. Imagine coming in from a long run down by the river or a few runs down the slopes and just being able to hop into a hot tub with a water feature and colorful, cycling lights without anyone else but you and your guests, enjoying the sound system and the flat screen TV in the hot tub room! There is plenty of room to store your skis, snowboards and boots, or any other sporting gear for that matter in the garage as well. Up the stairs, you will find the main floor with an open layout that includes the fully stocked kitchen looking over to the dining and living area. There is plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable and a fireplace to warm you up with a ceiling fan to cool you down as well. The full bathroom on this floor is great, as this is the floor where most of the entertaining will happen especially with the flat screen TV and private deck! The private deck off this level is great for coffee in the morning, lunch with everyone, or a cocktail or dinner at night. Feel free to use the gas grill for your evening BBQ. There is also a heater that provides additional light over the table on the deck that enhances the functionality of that space for most of the year. Follow the stairs to the top floor, where you will first find the full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. There are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each, perfect for couples, friends, and family. Each room has windows and fans for fresh air and sunshine as well as a flat-screen TV. The Master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bed and a trundle. The third bedroom has a queen. Additionally, there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room. There is an 8-pair boot dryer located in the garage to assure that your boots are dry and ready to hit the slopes the next morning! The place was great and perfect for our family and my daughters birthday. However, the customer service I received from Molly at the front desk was unacceptable. The documentation provided for the shuttle to the mountain was inaccurate and she was unwilling to help us figure it out and wasted nearly 2hrs of my time trying to get a ride to/from skiing. We walked to Trappeurs to get a ride there and then the Retreatia driver took us to the Resort Group to get our code for the App so we could use the shuttle for a ride back to the concert. All she had to do was figure out how to get me a code for the app, but refused to do anything to help. Gave me numbers that didn’t work and told me to call figure it out. Totally BS and a disappointment.

Stayed up here for a long weekend with some girlfriends. It was a beautiful property and located close to the stores we needed. We all enjoyed the amount of space. It was nice to spend time together but not feel as though we were crammed together the whole weekend. Will definitely be planning another trip here in the future.

Great spot for 12 of us. We go to Steamboat every year for a ski trip. This spot was perfect. The on-call shuttle service is incredible. We walked to the gondola once or twice. It's not too far although I can say the shuttle service was at our condo within 2 minutes of calling them. Great place to stay and plenty big enough.

Sharp knives!!! Ample toilet paper!!! Plenty of paper towels!!! And even enough dishwasher detergent (never ran out, in spite of running machine 2X per day, we eat a lot!!!). Very spacious, great for 6-10 people (though could hold more). Ski area shuttle on demand (just call them!). Hot tub in the unit is key! Big 2-car garage, room for boots, skis, etc... Stay here, you'll love it.

Waterford was the perfect place for our family to meet up with another family to enjoy some of Steamboat's fun summer activities like hiking, the hot springs, and tubing the Yampa. The place was very clean and had everything we needed: extra towels, bedding, and kitchen gadgets. The complex was convenient to town and had a pool the kids loved, in addition to the hot tub in the unit. This is the second time we've stayed in a Retreatia property, and we have had great experiences both times.
