We really enjoyed our stay! Great outdoor space, clean, well furnished and great location.

This was the perfect place to stay with two young children! Location is amazing for all the tourist activities and the host was so gracious to provide toys, toddler bed bumpers, a crib, baby bath, and so much more! It made our trip infinitely easier with little ones and helped them feel at home with familiar books and toys. Definitely recommend this spot for young families!

We stayed here with two adults and two kids and it was perfect for our family. The place was clean and new and the location was great, right in the middle of everything we were interested in. The host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

My family of 5 just recently completed our visit in San Diego and so enjoyed our stay here. Clean and comfortable, it has anything you need. Location was awesome and is 10 min or less to the top attractions. We especially enjoyed the patio, playing games, eating breakfast and dinner there. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Amanda was so communicative and the check in/out process was super easy. We appreciated the birthday cupcakes and note she left for us. The flat itself was a little oasis in the heart of University Heights, complete with an outdoor dining area and our favorite part: the rooftop igloo! Would 1000% recommend and book again.

We postponed our trip to San Diego three times because of COVID and couldn't have asked for a better stay than we experienced. We had a rocky start with the loss of our rental car reservation, but Amanda was a comforting ear and a huge help to smooth out the rest of our trip. The place was in a great location for everything we needed. Interaction with the host was as much or as little as we needed. Highly recommend this stay!

The greenhouse dome was amazing. Everything was well stocked and clean. The bath tub was a problem, since my husband can’t lift his legs to go over the tub. A shower would be better. Otherwise, everything was amazing!!!!

I was extremely impressed with this property. The space is thoughtfully appointed and decorated, plus there is ample outdoor space to enjoy the San Diego weather. The rooftop patio and yurt are a real treat. The property is in a great area to boot. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean and comfortable with a funky, modern feel. The rooftop deck was really nice for an evening cocktail and conversation. The location was perfect with quick and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and highways.

It was our first time in San Diego and we were lucky enough to have found this gem. It was modern, furnished well, spotless with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, free parking, large washer/dryer(with detergent-which is nice as I hate running around the first day to shop for laundry!), Netflix/Hulu/Prime and A/C (which is hard to find in this city- but definitely needed after a hot day at the beach). The location is perfect- 5 minute walk from a very cool street with tons of bars and restaurants. My husband and I were joking that everything was 10 minutes away- beaches, Coronado, Old Town, zoo, Seaworld, Whole foods, Trader joes, the airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. Amanda was super responsive and kind. We had a minor mishap when my son who has special needs accidentally pulled the shower curtain down and we were very contrite but Amanda was so nice and understanding about it. We got a full refund immediately(quite the contrast to a trip in Paris where the owner nickel-and-dimed us to a point that we were starting to get nervous about renting...). The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruit, sparkling wine, oatmeal and lots of tea and coffee for our family. Overall, we love the city and the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We spent 5 nights at this rental and couldn't have asked for anything better. It was the perfect size for our family. We loved having the fans in each room and the two tvs. The washer/dryer made our stay more comfortable, especially after a day at Coronado Beach. Parking was never a problem and there was a corner store that was a block away which was very convenient. The rental location was ideal as many sites and stores were about a 10min drive or less. We went to zoo, museums in balboa park, and drove further out for Mission Beach, Safari Park, and Coronado. Amanda was a great hostess and even surprised us with a bouquet of flowers and bottle of wine for our anniversary. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again if we ever return to San Diego.

This is our second time staying in this house. It's small but has everything you need and the interior design is really lovely. We didn't use the yurt on the roof or even the outside table because it's been cold and rainy, but if we are ever here when the weather is nice that will solve the problem of no table inside the house. I'm getting too old to sit on the floor and play monopoly! :)

Stayed here with a group of girlfriends for the weekend and it was perfect! Very clean and super cute decor! Amanda was a great host, I would stay here again.

We were a little bit concerned that we had rented a place that would be too small for us and our visiting grandkids, but we were happily surprised the minute we walked in. The house is small but beautiful and modern. Everything is designed to be functional and tasteful - the kitchen counter to eat at, the stainless steel sink, all the brushed metal fixtures, and the shower that can accommodate the tallest person ever! (The towel hooks are for a tall person too - I had to jump up to hang my towel, but that worked!) There is no room for a dining table for the family to sit around, but that is solved by the big table on the back patio that can accommodate 6, and also the rooftop sitting area and of course the yurt! Since we were there in December, it was a little too cold to sit outside at sunset or after dark, but this would be perfect in warmer weather! The beds are super comfortable, and the heater in each room worked perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet and the host, Amanda, was very responsive. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay here again!

The guest house was very clean, comfortable, and made good use of the outdoor spaces. It served our family of 5 perfectly as home base during our visit to San Diego. Our hosts were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to assure that we had a good stay. I would highly recommend this host and this property.
