Location and Facility

Despite the young years of the facility and building, the room already has heavy wear and tear and there are acute deficiencies in room 215/16th floor. The bed is inferior, not good enough for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning is also too loud.

Lovely accomodation, stunning pool area, an ideal location for all I visited in my 9 day stay!

Loveddd the beach vibe of the rooms, I chose this hotel for the homey feeling I would get - and I certainly did! The room was very presentable, and had some lovely features about it; mirrors, vanity’s, furniture etc - it was all very well thought out! The pool just topped the experience off for me. It’s right on the doorstep of the beach and is such a nice & relaxing space to be in. Just a very short walking distance to the nearest 7/11 and family mart, and a short distance to some lovely cafes and restaurants, and easy access to transport to markets and into Pattaya City!

I stayed in the residence - and asked about breakfast at the deck, but was told that I can’t eat there. I would’ve love to have been able to try the menu there as it looked very clean and like a very high star menu. Personally, just a few small things - I would have loved to have more bin bags, and toilet paper for my 9 day stay, and didn’t have hand soap. There are a few small spots around the room that needed a bit of a deeper clean - the grout at the bottom of the showers, the cup for the toothbrush and the balcony flooring. I would have liked to have someone there on arrival to help with check in, rather than it being done through messages. Otherwise all in all it was very clean and homey feeling!

God value, good room and good location

The room was good as it comfortably accommodated my wife, my newborn baby, and my mother-in-law in separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very close to Jomtien beach and also a close drive to Glasshouse Restaurant.

The lifts were very crowded with weekend tourists and often wet from swimmers who did not bother to dry themselves. We had to wait for up to 4-5 lift arrivals to get a space in the lift on Saturday. The buffet breakfast in the hotel was very crowded and a bit overpriced

Swimming pool is a little tired and the shared main pool is very nice but not enough sunbeams or shade

I'm no recommend anyone for this place.

There are many insects in the room. Many cockroach around the room especaliy under sofa..super unhygienic. My friends really scared of this. There is water flood into the second bedroom when you use shower of bathroom in the main bedroom. No any help from staff and any refund. They just said sorry. I'm no recommend anyone for this place.

Located at a serene place but facilities are not as per standards.

Location and surrounding area is peaceful. Have a good swimming pool.

The apartment size was too small with no privacy, a studio apartment was converted into two rooms by ply Wood walls. Beds were 3 inch foam mattresses, and that too in bad shape. The operator was unable to provide towels all day,

Value for the big family to stay vacation

Large 3 bedrooms and staff of the hotel's nice. I asked for borrow the bicycle to buy food at 7-11 in front of the hotel.

Don't have coupon for breakfast.

Great Condo with view, hotel, pools and beach.

Very nice, clean condo with great view of Pattaya. Residence has two, beautiful pools, and its own beach. Comfortable, big modern bathroom, lots of movie channels and other cable channels, decent Wi-Fi. Good location at far end of Jomtien Beach/Na Jomtien. Nothing negative about this residence - also adjacent to a sister hotel with sightseeing, outdoor bars, restaurant, coffee bar and spa.
