The host was super friendly and waited for us although we had a late flight. The bed is super comfortable. Access to city center by metro is very simple.

Todo bueno a 4 cuadras de estación Mirthi al costado buen restaurante . Lo único es que tener claro, no sabíamos que nos cobraban 35 euros adicionales por habernos esperado, revisa bien si te conviene, nosotros necesitábamos descansar tuvimos que pagar para no malograrnos la noche. De ahí todo bien .

Fabio is excellent host. Ready to help anytime for anything. Everything is as described and shown on the pictures. Facilities are pretty new and all functional. Metro station is near enough (3min. walk), C-Line is on every 9min. enabling you to reach the center of Rome pretty fast.
Nothing to add here.

The staff was friendly and resourceful.
The floor in the toilet was leaking. The coffee machine did not work properly and there was not electric kettle for a cup of tea.
