Not great, not terrible

Great balcony and roof terrace with a sunrise view, very good location.

Two of the three bedrooms have windows only to the stairs so you don't really want to open them during the night. Payment is not processing through Booking but through the website of the maintaining company which is quite uncomfortable. The company also was not able to provide us a bit of detergent for doing laundry even though we've been staying there for 9 nights.

Overall, fantastic. Would definitely visit again.

Location is fantastic. Views from the balcony are amazing. Very clean, spacious apartment.

The shower head in one of the bathrooms is broken and can't be fixed in position. The mattress in the double bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Pleasant and comfortable stay in excellent location

Really good location - close to all amenities bar and restaurants. Spacious apartment.

The apartment furnishings seemed a little tired and the bathrooms, while perfectly functional, were a little dated with light bulbs not working.

We did not get what we paid for!

The apartment is spacious.

First of all the adress of the apartment is wrong! This apartment is NOT Bienvenida Martin no 16, but Calle Limones no 96. This is close to a very trafficked and noisy road. Therefore the distance to the Dorada Beach is NOT 400m (as described), but 1200m. Two of the bedrooms are facing “inside” to an internal hall/staircase. We also had problems with sewage smell coming in the windows of these two rooms.

Perfect location and a fab time with friends

The location was great! Perfect for what we wanted . Lots of room

Lack of Air conditioning, more mirrors in the apartment especially full length. More sockets in the bedrooms, needs modernising. Tap in one of the bathrooms was very low power and shower not brilliant

Nice place, good location, lack of some amenities

Apartment was very clean and rather looking new (or updated) in a nice location along a pedestrian zone, and close to boardwalk.

- Kitchen has no ingredients. No salt, pepper or some cooking oil, no paper roll etc. which we almost always find in our apartments we rented at other place. Because of this one has to go shopping immediately for those basic amenities. - Same with the bath rooms, some small soap were available but no shampoo or conditioner, which again we had to go out and buy. With our stay only being 4 days it's kind of a waste that we have to buy all those basic amenities (almost always provided at other rentals) to leave them behind almost completely full. - Lack of parking space around the apartment is an issue when some our age (64+) arrives with luggage.

Lovely apartment with great view over the harbour

Location was great just one street back from the front. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and had an enormous balcony with beautiful views over the sea and the harbour, we enjoyed watching the ferries come and go

Apartment is two floors up so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. As we landed at night would have appreciated toilet roll in the apartment

Fantastic apartment in the heard of Playa Blanca

Fantastic, large apartment with a huge terrace. Two large bathrooms, three large bedrooms, kitchen with all utensils. Beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. Perfect location in the heart of playa blanca.

A small thing - but it would have been nice to have been provided with some basics (e.g. bottled water, bread) for our arrival - this is normally pretty standard in apartments. We arrived on Christmas day in the evening and had to search quite hard to find places open to buy some essentials.

Good location in the pedestrian zone, just off the coast; older apartment with limited functionality

With the GPS coordinates printed on the booking confirmation, our navigation system did not guide us to the apartment site, which is located in a pedestrian zone of Playa Blanca. To complete the check-in for our prepaid stay at the apartment, I first had to present our personal IDs to the Real Estate Office from which the apartments are being managed, and then I could drive to the apartment site, and follow the clear instructions as to how to access the magnetic key cards from the coded lock box, to finally enter through the main entrance, and to get to the large apartment #1. Our apartment was huge and would have sufficed to accommodate 4 more people, given the two extra bed rooms with a total of 4 additional single beds. The renovated apartment building has come of age, and there is no A/C---like in modern vacation resorts on the Canary Islands---but the ventillators were just fine for our brief winter vacation at Playa Blanca. The kitchen is well equipped, yet the stove still featured a glass-ceramic ("ceran") top, radiating heat from hot surfaces of crystalline glass. In most parts of Europe, the far more efficient induction oven had been introduced about 1 1/2 decades ago. We enjoyed the views from the terrace, even though it was getting pretty noisy at night at our part of the pedestrian zone.

Due to the fact that the apartment is accessed from a pedestrian zone, we had to park the car outside of that zone---about (150-200) m from the entrance of the building---walking across the street. The warm water reservoir feeding into the bath tub of the main bathroom was not large enough to fill up the bath tub for taking a relaxing hot bath....

The location is brilliant, close to town but quieter in the evening. The beach is very close, and plenty of amenities in proximity. The room it's self is very clean, spacious and modern. The kitchen had everything you could need.

the spaciousness, the sunny terrace, the big bathroom and nice shower !

quite noisy - due to being right on the road (wasn’t too bad, but Thursday night / Friday morn was loud!)

No staff no communication! When the whole floor under us went mad 1 large family :

No toilet rolls we had to leave early because of constant noise on lower floor screaming and banging of doors people coming up to our apartment teens so we lost a night no 1 to complain to e.mailed the management to seek a refund and no reply so basically our holiday was ruined by these people ! You send a review but they couldn't even answer me !!

Fabulous traditional apartment in a great location and lots of room for a family. Superb large terrace with sea views

Traditional roomy apartment in a great location close to the port. Main bedroom was huge with an en suite and walk in wardrobe. Two further twin bedrooms with shared bathroom and one with walk in wardrobe. Huge terrace with sea views, six sun beds plus table and chairs.

No heating and water pressure was low especially in the shower. Only one English Channel - which was Korean available. CNN was poor reception and broken although quite a few in other languages available and good reception.

Excellent apartment that was very spacious, clean and a perfect location to explore Playa Blanca from, easy access and very easy to contact agents if any problems, very quiet part of town so an excellent place for relaxation and a bit of peace and quiet.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations so no complaints at all.

Superb roof terrace in great central location.

Fantastic roof terrace and great central location. Very spacious and clean. Good communication from host who was very helpful particularly with check in and check out. Secure entry doors and a high quality safe suitable for a laptop. Towels changed regularly and a change of sheets mid way through our stay. Plentiful hot water. Modern UK type washing machine. We would come back to this apartment.

Bathrooms could do with being updated but for us this was a minor consideration compared to the outdoor space this apartment offers.
