La dueña es majísima, el hotel está en pleno casco antiguo, imposible estar más céntrico. La limpieza un 100, y la tranquilidad y el descanso inmejorables.

La llamada inquisitoria y fiscalizante de la responsable, no estando de acuerdo con nuestra puntuación numerica en Booking y exigiendo con mal tono explicaciones sobre cada una de nuestras valoraciones (Cuando la hemos explicado que no existen, el cliente solo marca caritas en Booking, salvo la valoración general que en nuestro caso habíamos puesto un 8 sobre 10 que bajamos a un 5 por este motivo) Lamentable situación, primera vez que nos pasa esto.
