Located in Corolla, this charming house for $666 per night is a great choice for your next break. Private pool now open for 2024 season; free pool heat on 7 night stays in April and May 2024! Updates for 2023 Season! Hot tub, tiki bar area and artificial turf around the pool! Updates for 2022! New LVT flooring throughout entire home, no carpet! New upholstery and sofa in top floor great room! New sofa and queen sleeper sofa in ground floor rec room! Brand new home for 2018 in Ocean Lakes (Section O of Ocean Sands). Six bedroom, five and a half bath reverse floor plan with ocean views. Ground floor contains a spacious game room with large 55" TV, one bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin over twin bunk bed, full bath and laundry room with front loading high efficiency washer and dryer. Ground level access to car port from rec room. Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. Second level contains four bedrooms; One king master with private bath, one queen with private bath, one queen with shared bath and one room with two twin beds with shared bath. All bedrooms on the second level have outdoor access to a deck and their own wall mounted flat screen tv's. Third level is the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to deck. This home is just a short two minute stroll to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home. We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms). Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event, unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

The location was as stated close to the beach. You had a small view of the ocean and the sound. The pool and hot tub were great!
There were beach chairs and some beach gear at the house.
If you cook, there are plenty of pots and pans.
Make sure you bring your own spices as everything is cleaned out completely after each client leaves.
Overall a very spacious house and an enjoyable experience.

We loved the large amount of space that is in this home. We had 5 adults and 6 children all together. There as plenty of space on every level to accommodate! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. We also loved how close the walk to the beach is. Also- the owners are in contact with you via text as soon as the home is ready and remain in contact with you for any questions all throughout your stay. Amazing customer service!

Wonderful week by the beach! The location is great. It is steps from the beach and the community it’s located it is very nice and private. The house itself was great. The number of bathrooms was amazing for our 5 families.The bedrooms were nice as well, but the sheets and towel quality weren’t very great :( . The pool was amazing and made a huge difference in keeping the kids occupied in the evening. Only recommendation would be to re seal the deck areas as the wood is rough and some nails sticking out. Don’t walk barefoot on it! Better quality linen would be ideal as well. But that’s not a make a break.

We had a great time! The house was awesome - spacious with room for all of us! We all enjoyed the pool and it was just a short walk to the beach!
The only downside was the noise generated by the family staying at the house with a pool right behind us, but even that wasn't that bad.
The one suggestion we all had was that the house needs hooks to hang towels and clothing - particularly in the outside shower!
Other than that, we all loved it!

Our family enjoyed the privacy of different levels for each age group. I appreciated the email and text contact before and during our stay. Liked the decks on each level and the door locking system

The property was not ready at 4pm for checkin. Upon checkin we observed water leaking from the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. Communicated accordingly and the manager sent the cleaning person to assess the issue. The electrician came in same evening and shut the water off. Plumber came by a few days later to fix the waterline. The stay was good with a two block walk to the beach. The house is surrounded by other houses in the community. We requested a later than 10am checkout but were denied. Contractors arrived about 8am on the morning of checkout to fix the ceiling and cleaning people arrived at 9am that morning so we left even earlier than we were supposed to.

"Framily time"
Love the location. Minor things needed to be done like needing a broom, light bulbs for bathrooms, etc. May be time to change the light colored couch and making sure cleaning crew is cleaning behind cushions and chairs. Overall it was a great trip and house. Would definitely stay at this property again.

COVID protocols were followed, and I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a safe, sunny, & stress-free vacation.

Perfect sized house for 13 people ages 11 to 75. <5 minute walk to beach. More of a neighborhood feel than an isolated house but we’re used to Ocean City NJ so we felt right at home. Rebecca was available in less than a minute whenever we needed her to communicate with her. Highly recommend.

Great vacation!
The house was perfect for us - clean with very comfortable beds, and we loved the pool! The walk to the beach was no problem - it was a short walk for sure. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Five stars all around!
The home is incredibly clean and well maintained - the decor is tasteful and beachy without the typical cheesy feel of a beach rental. The upstairs living/dining room is spacious and appropriately sized for the size of the house. The pool is perfect for a quick dip or to give the kids a fun activity while at the house and the property is just a stone's throw to the beach. The overall location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, a jogging path and anything you might need while staying at the beach. The owner/property manager is incredibly friendly, prompt in replying to communication and easy to work with - they even went above and beyond and mailed us our Apple TV box which we accidentally left after the property! We would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Trip
We enjoyed a short getaway to Rebecca’s property. We were notified by Rebecca of a few issues that were out of her control prior to arriving. She and her husband stayed in contact with us about progress towards repairs the entire time and ultimately made a few adjustments that were fair to all. We would highly recommend this property and Rebecca!

Beautiful / Close to beach / Nice Pool
I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to corolla. It is conveniently located near Harris Teeter and Food Lion and it is extremely close to the beach (3 minute walk). You can see the Ocean from the top balcony and there are balconies on all sides of the house. The pool and grill in the backyard are very convenient. The rooms were all very nice and the house is well kept. The owners and managers of the Property have done a great job!
