Great location however not the most accessible without a bike.
The property was very rustic with an amazing view, it is attached to a restraunt and bar overlooking the ocean.

The location is very good, the room with a sunrise view on over Ao Luek Bay, so that we can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning; we love the hammocks by the balcony; and it's very quiet at night. Room is large enough for 2-3 adults; and the chihuahua dogs are so cute. We really enjoy our days here.
The bathroom is a little bit dark & sometimes it may brings the bad smell from septic tank below.

The location during the DAY is great. The staff is kind and helpful. But i left already without full refund.
Sadly i left my room already on the first night because the reception closes early and you would be alone in the middle of nowhere. I did not feel safe because the balcony doors were not able to be locked. If it was possible to lock them, then I would not have left. Also there is nothing around and with this price, i expect a free breakfast …. Overall, great place but the service and care can be improved tremendously…
