Location fantastic for both Hollywood, Beverly Hills and beaches, room was perfect for two adults with young children with the separate sitting room, staff were great, cleanliness excellent, good amenities nearby
Advertised swimming pool is more of a tub that can't really be used for swimming, as a family we did not feel welcome on the rooftop terrace restaurant / bar, valet parking had been added to bill for all nights of our stay despite only using it for first night (there are much cheaper acceptable places to park nearby) and cancelling it thereafter - had to have this removed

The people working at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
The hot water was too hot. It couldn't be adjusted.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. No carpeting, which is great! They used a laminate flooring that looked good and easy to clean I should think. The staff is helpful and kind. The location is walkable and convenient to LACMA, the Petersen automotive museum and the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

Clean comfortable room and a large modern bathroom.
$66/day parking fee is ridiculously expensive. Breakfast is also too expensive.
