Andrea was available by phone to "buzz in" first time entry to apt. building. Actual apt door has electronic pad so easy to get number and enter. Regular key (2 of them) for building entry was inside the apt.
Honestly, nothing. Location was great. Andrea couldn't have been more helpful - he was quick to answer my (many) questions and be helpful. Really appreciated his support. Apt was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our week stay.

Perfect location and small balcony with a view. Host was very accomodating with early check in and late check out.
Bathroom was very small and the living room was more of a corridor than a room. The lay out was better suited to a family than two couples for example there was no air con in the second bedroom which was fine if you slept with the door open.
