Everything I needed was already provided. I've stayed here several times; this was the first time in Room 1. All the facilities were the same, just arranged differently.
I will be staying here again next year.

Good location
In desperate need of a makeover . Very tired looking , squeaky doors , under the beds hadn’t been vacuumed in months. No response to messages through the app, had to phone.

It was good value for the price, so you should expect what you pay for! It's a pub B&B, with free parking, close enough to walk to the city, and the breakfast we orded was good. The staff were helpful and polite.
For the price I don't have any complaints.
