Francesco! You were amazing! He was at the reception when we arrived and the exchanged some messages before our arrival. He gave us a feeling that we are in a very high standard hotel. Very professional handling of everything and every time he was understanding (we had to request extra cleaning as our bathroom was not properly cleaned and he handled it professionally). Thank you for that again, and for all your service and help!
Other than this, the buffet food was amazing. If you know italian cuisine, you won't be disappointed, the chefs also tried their bests, from seafood, to steaks, pizzas, pastas, salads, we are foodies, and never felt disappointed. on the other hand, they offer an a la carte dinner once during your stay at the beach restaurant, but we didn't feel from the menu that we would enjoy a dinner there, so we just had the buffet dinner every day.
The room was amazing, comfortable, with AC, spacious, nothing to complain about.
The staff at the main bar was also amazing, very kind. For all inclusive, they have a limited selection of what's included: they have a light tasted beer (almost like water, during the day it's refreshing, but at night for me it felt too simple), one type of red/white and rose wines, sparkling wine, and one type of each shots, a basic type of each, like Jim Beam from whiskey, etc. They had a short selection of cocktails and non alcoholic cocktails, and some other cocktails and shots which were not included in the all inclusive. The food truck at the pool/bar area was also cool, you could have some extra bites, as anchovies, poke bowls etc. and at the reception you always could grab extra snacks as sandwiches, fruits or sweets - so you would never stay hungry.
The "events"/activities were low quality. Hope you didn't pay the "dj" and he plays for free for gaining some experience. Or maybe he was a maintenance guy during the day, I don't know. He did not even try to make a nice transition between songs, some of the transitions sounded super bad and lame, I've never experienced someting like this before :D I would not call it a dj, just someone, who is changing the music here and there, and even seemed bored. On another night, there was a karaoke, where they arrived with not charged microphones! It was super uncomfortable. Some guests had the courage to go to sing, and microphone was dropping after 30 seconds, then they changed to another microphone while the song was playing, which also died in some seconds, and the music was going on and the guest was trying to sing where they always got cut :D I felt bad for them, and they had it with 2-3 guests until they realized that they need to charge. You could see on them again that they couldn't wait to end the "party", they didn't really try to make it a fun night.
The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived (toilet, drains), not even after the extra cleaning, we had to call them again, but after that everything was fine. the pool closed super early, at 6pm, we did not understand why, if you just got back from sightseeing, or you started to enjoy when it was not too hot outside, you couldn't enjoy it longer. they had a food truck at the pool, which served nice food, but they also closed at 5 and the dinner started at 6:30.
The beach was full of seaweed, as others mentioned, so we were prepared for it, but we had a car and after one try we drove to another beaches, or one day we stayed at the pool.

Tutto molto pulito e curato, spazi comuni e stanza sempre perfetti. Staff molto disponibile e gentile. Snack e bibite sempre a disposizione.. ottimo per chi viaggia con bambini perché c'è una sorta di gioco d'acqua molto divertente 🎉
Ho apprezzato molto la cucina, piatti saporiti e sempre diversi.
Volevamo soggiornare una notte in più, vi era disponibilità ma non è stato possibile prenotare o bloccare la stanza direttamente dalla reception, in struttura. Obbligatorio fare una prenotazione online tramite sito.. assurdo. Questo metodo mi ha infastidito e hanno perso una notte per tre persone... Non può capitare al giorno d'oggi!

An anderen Tag andere MA nach Rat gefragt- kaum Hilfe angeboten, desinteressiert…

- an einem Tag fehlende MA im Restaurant beim frühstücken- dadurch nicht aufgeräumte Tischen , wie könnten keine saubere Platz mit eindeckende Besteck finden, die Chefs müssen schnell reagieren und Ersatz organisieren

Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Le manager est un peu moins arrangeant et pas très flexible quant aux différentes demandes que nous avons pu avoir.
Les coupures d'électricités répétitives, la piscine qui ferme un peu trop tôt (18h) alors qu'il y a du soleil jusqu'à 21h, la musique beaucoup trop fort venant d'un club pas très loin pendant notre séjour et le manque de flexibilité quant au souhait de vouloir raccourcir notre séjour pour partir plus tôt afin d'éviter d'entraver plus le sommeil de notre bébé de 1 an, la nourriture du food truck de la piscine est médiocre, le manque de places de parking pour la taille de l'hôtel et la saleté de la salle de bain (évacuation d'eau, jointures, etc).
