Stay was fine overall.
Bathroom sink wasn't draining the water. So they changed our room after a day. Otherwise it went fine overall. Will give 4 stars because i had to face inconvenience.

it was super comfy room, it had everything i needed- private shower, fridge, microwave and kettle. Even air conditioner. There is a tram and bus station near, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

I stayed here last year too and I chose it because of the location - I had plans close to Praha Holešovice and this was the best value hotel in the area. It has AC so even on super hot days, it is bearable. I liked it had a little kitchen also, as I stayed for over a week.
I felt like compared to last year the standard has gone down a little bit, the toilet seat was wobbly, it was uncomfortable to sit on it, the shower wasn’t as clean in the little corners, the toilet paper was the opposite of soft and when I entered the room for the first time I could smell a bit of mold and the carpet looked like it had some stains on it.
