There is a large flat screen smart TV with 175+ channels, including HBO Max, NFL Network, Showtime, and an additional Sports Package.  Anything you want for entertainment is right at your fingertips! The living area also features a wood burning fireplace surrounded by gorgeous stonework.  Just off the living area is the dining and kitchen. The dining area features a beautiful rustic wooden table with bench seating perfect for a meal or hopping on the upgraded Wi-Fi to catch up on a few emails.  The kitchen has extensive counter space of solid granite countertop bar seating, as well as stainless steel appliances.  The kitchen is equipped with everything your family chef needs to whip up a delicious meal. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
