The proximity to Main Street and the waterfall
There were cracks in the toilet and sink, and linens in foldout bed did not look clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much! One of the best things we encountered was the young lady tending bar. Her name is Christina and what an amazing asset to your hotel! Christina was not only extremely friendly and helpful, but she consistently went above & beyond to take care of us! While we enjoyed all aspects of our overnight at your lovely hotel, she was a standout!
The room was very comfortable, great beds & pillows. Breakfast the next morning offered a multitude of choices in a very clean-looking environment. Overall, I’d definitely stay with you again when in the area. Excellent value for a fair price, and a very friendly atmosphere!
There were no negatives at all, I’m surprised & happy to say!

Super comfy beds! Lovely employees working there, especially Christina…she was absolutely wonderful!
Valet parking for $28 a car per night was absolutely ridiculous, no real restaurant or bar, that stunk & only 1 elevator was working, which was totally unacceptable for a Hyatt…
