The room was clean. The hotel lobby was clean. They had free coffee and that was wonderful. The location was great. And the price was decent. I also liked the late check out options

Location is great, quiet and away from hustle-bustle. Room layout is great and amenities good.
No coffee or ice from the lobby, machines broken, we had to make those all ourselves (and ice was NOT sufficient) and most of the TV stations didn't work. Most of the staff spoke no English and couldn't help with anything. The hotel did discount our price some which helped, but for the standard price, everything should work correctly.
