Located in Santa Fe, this attractive house for $538 per night is a great option for your next break. SUMMARY This classic adobe home has all the old world character and charm that has made Santa Fe's style world-renowned. Authentic southwest and antique furnishings complement the details of the 100-year-old adobe home. Additional Southwestern accents include a Kiva fireplace in the living room, vigas, and Mexican tile. LIVING AREA The living room is centered around the Kiva fireplace. The TV is in an armoire, should you choose to hide it away to enhance the ambiance in the room. KITCHEN AND DINING The fully-equipped galley kitchen is perfect for cooking from home. The stamped aluminum cabinets offer additional Southwestern flair to inspire your home-cooked meals. The formal dining space is just off the kitchen and seats six. BED AND BATH The primary bedroom has a king bed and shares a Jack and Jill style bathroom with the guest bedroom which has two twin beds. The remaining guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a common bathroom with the living area. OUTDOOR SPACE Luna has a spacious yard that wraps around the front and side of the home. The outdoor space features a covered portal, gas grill, and outdoor dining for six. LOCATION .6 miles to the Plaza 1.1 miles to Canyon Road .3 miles to the Railyard PLEASE NOTE: - This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate. - This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees. - The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th - The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras 155736

The property was exactly as pictured and described. Communication with property management was incredibly prompt and courteous. Ample wood was available for the kiva fireplace. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

As part of an old Santa Fe family, we were able to easily connect with friends, family and business contacts. Traveling with my 89 year old mother, this place was easy to host a few visitors. The kitchen and dining area allowed us to cook all our meals.

The house was perfect for our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We spent most of our time in the living room working on puzzles or games and watching TV. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for making breakfast and lunch each day and takeout for dinner. The outside of the house is fully fenced and was perfect for our small dog to wander around. High lily recommend.

This house was outstanding, exceeding all our expectations. Great Southwest aesthetic, comfortable, clean, walkable to most everything, quiet residential location. Frankly, we hated having to leave. The hosts could not have been easier to work with and helped make our stay wonderful.

Girl's weekend in Santa Fe
Great location to all of the activities, shops, restaurants, etc. in downtown Santa Fe. Comfortable accommodations. Wonderful outside patios. We did not cook, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked and had good quality amenities. Easy check-in and out.

1) Water pressure was very low. Took a comically long time to even fill a coffee pot. One day the gardener had the irrigation running and during that time, water inside the house was a trickle. Maybe this is normal for older houses in Santa Fe, but I wondered if renters should have been forewarned. 2) The control on the shower in the master bath needs to be tightened. It "flops" toward hot or cold and cannot be stabilized in a warm position. 3) Ants along window wall in master bedroom.

We loved our stay and would stay in Casa Luna again. In fact, Two Casitas is now my one-stop-shop for Santa Fe rentals! We do have three comments/suggestions for Casa Luna:
1) There are two sets of instructions for the fireplace (in a frame and in the binder), and they conflict in what they say. Furthermore, the illustration about the pull chain for the flue does not match the flue configuration. Or, perhaps the flue needs repair?? In any event, our attempt to enjoy the fireplace was unsuccessful. Please reconcile both sets of instructions for accuracy (e.g. a teepee fire is not the same as placing the logs against the back wall), and then place the directions on the mantel above the fireplace.
2) The shower and tub faucets can be confusing. It would be helpful to indicate that both levers must point to 6:00 for the water to shut off. (Or, perhaps you could add a diagram to the bathroom).
3) We could not find the blue Santa Fe recycling bin. Is there one for this house? Since I live in SF, I took our recycling home with me.

Wonderful stay at our little casita - LUNA! My partner and I were joined by my four adult children from all over the country and celebrated Thanksgiving with a little family reunion. Can't think of a better place to do so. We enjoyed the traditional pueblo style LUNA offers, fires in the Kiva fireplace, wonderful tiled kitchen with tinned cabinets, and intimate dining room perfect for the six of us. Would highly recommend Two Casitas and LUNA!

This was our first stay in Santa Fe and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops and other attractions. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful yard. We loved our stay so much that we booked the house again for next summer!

Restaurants within the neighborhood and, had it not been for G’ma and summer heat, we would have walked everywhere in town. We enjoyed dinner on the table in the backyard- enjoying the landscape and private atmosphere, coffee on the shaded front patio- loving the birds and butterflies and played Clue in the dining room (games were included!). We don’t usually splurge on lodging, but this one was worth it. ♥️
