A fully applianced and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, satellite TV, Internet, outside shower and outdoor grill will keep the most discriminating guests comfortable. Master Bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Full bath upstairs with tub and washer/dryer, and an additional full bath downstairs with a large shower. A rollaway bed can be provided, A path from the back yard deck leads to your beach, which is one of the finest on Cape Cod; soft white sand, and gentle lapping waves and perfect for small children. Conveniently located, this home is also close to shopping and all wonderful things Cape Cod has to offer!

Walking in you see floor to ceiling views, and the master also has amazing floor to ceiling views and sliders that open so you can hear the waves. I had an amazing relaxing stay in October. The place was very clean, and the listing accurate. Would be comfortable for family of 4. Nice private neighborhood and beautiful beach. I would absolutely recommend. We are thinking about coming back in the summer!

Great rental. The condo itself is a little tired inside but you can't beat the location. Literally steps to the sand, views from every room, off street parking for two cars and minutes from anything you could every want on Route 28. If you want to be on the beach in an upscale area, this is it. I would rent again.

The view! The view! The view! The beach was right there for the taking. The ocean was so close, you could hear the waves crashing as if they were 2 ft away. It was perfect for our 2 night stay, would've loved to stay longer. Amenities were correct, the interior and exterior was spotless. Will be back, just bring linens and towels.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. The pictures do not do it justice. The living room furniture was very comfortable and cozy for watching movies and sports. My husband and I enjoyed sunrise walks every day while our teens slept in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed a perfect weekend.! Thank you!

The positives: Incredible location near everything you need on the beach in South Yarmouth. And the beach? 25 yards out the back door with amazing views of the relatively secluded section from both the downstairs and upstairs master bedroom. But expect what you may find on much of the Cape. This is a very tired and old building begging for some TLC. If you want clean and modern, you'll have to pay huge dollars for something in Chatham or one of the newer hotels on the main drag in Hyannis well away from the beach. For a Fall weekend, it's perfectly fine. For a family on a budget in the summer, probably the same. Note that they don't provide bath towels or linens, which is an issue if you are flying from afar vs. driving down from Boston. You pay a premium for the beachfront vs. options across the street. I recommend it, but the lack of any effort to update the condo forces me to only give this a net 3 Star rating.

The location was perfect - the home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean - the highlight was definitely the property. A beautiful backyard with a path right to the beach. The location is perfect for kids riding bikes or scooters and a quick walk to the playground. I would definitely visit here again and we are very grateful for the accommodations the owners made for our stay.

Spent a Th-Mon over Memorial Day Weekend at this property and had a great time. Our small child was able to be in the pack and play in the closet of the master and our other child took the guest. This works well for parents with finicky little sleepers that need darkness. The proximity to the beach could not be beaten, as the beach is only footsteps from the back porch. Great to wake up to. You can walk west on the beach and go down to The Skipper Restaurant. Great spot though time when you go to avoid a wait. There is also a playground down that way. We ate at the Pancake Man for breakfast and it was excellent. Check in and check out was easy and the owners were beyond helpful on all fronts. Great spot we hope to return to.

The house is beautiful and just steps from the beach. I woke up to a sunrise over the water every morning. The Neighborhood was quiet, convenient to main roads and access to everything I needed. Woukd definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this location for the past 3 years. First year was GREAT!! Second year there were signs that the upkeep on the property was failing and this past year there were additional damaged areas and some items that still needed repair from year 2. It will be the last time we stay there for the following reasons. Back screen door was terribly ripped such that we could not open the inside door for air because a small animal could easily get in, the grab bar in upstairs tub was broken, multiple lights out on both floors to name a few. I realize most rentals are managed by third party firms but the owner should definitely do a walk thru regularly because the location is the only thing going for this rental. Denyse

The location is wonderful - steps to the beach and the property had awesome ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. The WiFi connection was not very good - that was the one downside of this property.

Despite only having two bedrooms, there was plenty of room for a family of five in this property. The second bedroom is large enough for a blowup air mattress or a rollaway cot(it’s tight, but works), two full baths allowed multiple showers at one time and convenience when getting ready to go out, dining table fit five and counter seating fit four. Living room has larger sofas than what is photos. Location was perfect!

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The place is much nicer than the pictures lead you to believe and has plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night from the master bedroom. You are literally STEPS to an absolutely perfect beach. We look forward to returning!
