About this villa rental
Turtles’ Nest is a luxury beach front villa, mere steps away from a secluded sandy beach cove. This four bedroom property accommodates eight people and comes with a personal chef, caretaker and night guard included in the price (food and drink is charged extra.)
The villa is extremely spacious with a large lounge area, open plan kitchen, bedrooms with ocean views, en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes.
Inspired by the bright colours of the Santa Cruz Mountains and the Pedro Plains in the back drop, the villa is decorated in a unique contemporary style. Magnificent mountain and ocean views can be admired from nearly every room.
There are three bedrooms in the main villa and an additional double room in the cost cottage a few steps away.
Overlooking the sparkling ocean is a large private upper deck featuring sun lounge, as well as a pool side patio table to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine with family and friends.
There are plenty of local restaurants and bars within a short walking distance, plus exciting trips which can be booked including the world famous Pelican bar in the middle of the ocean, YS Falls, Lovers Leap and the popular Appleton rum tour.
Transport and transfers can be arranged. We can also book scooter, bike hire and local walking tours.
For those looking for a relaxing break, there is a spa next door and also in the well known Jakes Resort, which is just up the road.
Our cleaning staff visit every three days and will also do your laundry. At night we have a friendly security guard, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
Treasure Beach offers a peaceful off the beaten track holiday, away from tourist traps, giving you the chance to experience the real Jamaica.

Property manager and staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! This was the perfect getaway - being a native we wanted to get away from the crowds and we found a gem! Hopefully it stays that way! Sugar and Spice were great, they became our instant companions - walks and in the ocean! This is definitely on our short list as a return spot!

We loved every moment of our Treasure Beach visit! The Turtle’s Nest is the perfect, laid back, beach house with everything you need. It’s lovely! The home, location, the pool, the beach, the food- all wonderful! But what really made this a memorable trip, and the reason we will definitely be going back, were the people (& dogs!). Zeb, Dacia, Peta, Sheina, Garfield- thank you for everything! The sweet dogs, Sugar & Spice, are the best beach escorts! We are already dreaming about our next visit to Treasure Beach.
If you visit, Go to Eggy’s on the beach, arrange a black river tour through Zeb (make sure you make it to Rudy’s!), go to Lover’s Leap. Relax & enjoy! And be thankful to all of the people who will make it a memorable trip!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and it was a perfect fit for our stay. The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures! Clean, fully stocked, and great communication from the host. He even texted before our arrival to make sure he had shoveled the walk way for us.
Travel Tip: Bring slippers! The gorgeous tile floor stays chilly.
