About this house rental
Nestled in Provincetown, this lovely house for $985 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Charming, four-floor Lilac Court townhouse in the West End of Provincetown. Perfectly situated on a quiet street near Shankpainter Pond, yet just a few blocks walk into town. End unit has large windows on three sides looking out on the Provincetown Monument and a beautiful garden courtyard. Each guest bedroom is on its own floor, with a light-filled living room, kitchen, dining area, and small deck on the top level. Above the top floor is a large roofdeck with panoramic views across Provincetown--from Race Point to Provincetown Harbor. Deeded parking and everything you can think of is provided (appliances, stereo system, gas grill, etc.) The house is full of fun works of art from around the world. Guests tell me that they find the house a very magical and special place. GUEST SAFETY: Rigorous CDC-recommended cleaning and sanitization process in use, including fogging of all services with hydrogen peroxide. I am looking for renters who will enjoy all the special touches and treat the house kindly; if you're looking for a place to get rowdy, this is not the right condo for you.

Location is great in the Westend, less than 10 minutes to Tea, 7-8 minutes to the Stop & Shop grocery store, and 15 minutes to centre of town. With luggage it is a bit of a hike from the ferry so recommend taking a taxi or Rick Shaw. We enjoyed having our own spaces all on separate floors. The basement room does not have a door. The rooftop view is stunning and great place to have a group dinner. It was nice having a washer/dryer to use. No shampoo/conditioner so be sure to bring your own!

This place was very well appointed. The top level living and kitchen area had great views of the area in addition to a nice rooftop deck. The owner was very good about communication, which we appreciated.

This was a wonderful experience!!! A+ all around. Jonathan was excellent in communication and even let us check in early (not guaranteed just fyi). The house, the amenities, and location were prime. We plan on being return renters. 5/5 stars!!

My partner and I just returned from a fantastic 9 days in PTown that was made even better by Jonathan’s townhouse. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location that was no more than a 10 minute walk to all the amenities you could ask for, and with a beautiful rooftop patio that provides for stunning views of the whole area. If you’re looking for a place that provides some peace and quiet with easy access to Commercial, then this is a perfect spot. Jonathan was also a fantastic host, checked in with us regularly and had the place very well-appointed for whatever we needed. Hopefully we’ll get to come back again soon!

Our host was very responsive, and the unit was great! The bedroom on the bottom level didn’t have a door which was odd. The roof deck was lovely and had a great view. Very clean. Good WiFi.

A wonderful property and Jonathan was a fantastic host. Great sized rooms and communal areas. The roof deck is superb. We especially appreciated how accommodating Jonathan was as we changed our bookings due to the pandemic.

Beautiful Property Gorgeous Location
Jonathan’s home is so lovely and perfectly located for a secluded, but close to everything, oasis on the west side. It is a vertically lined up home with 3 bedrooms one of each floor and a top floor kitchen / living room, and stair rooftop access with truly stunning views. Never before have I seen such beautiful ptown sunsets. And Jonathan was a stellar host in every way. Highly recommend staying here if you can book it.

Jonathan was a fantastic host. The entire rental process from start to finish was superb and effortless. The house is kept in incredible condition and well furnished. Modern, well maintained property with lots of stairs. We did have to wait until around 4:00PM on day of check in for clean up to finish but they did a good job. Did not use roof deck much due to windy conditions. Small deck off living room was sheltered from wind & very nice. Be sure to park in your assigned spot! Neighbors are watching. Most everything you need is supplied (kitchen stuff, beach chairs, towels, linens, soap, etc.). Great location & very nice host.

This condo has everything necessary for a perfect vacation in Provincetown but the highlight is the rooftop deck with sweeping views of all of the key sites and perfect sunsets.

Fabulous spot in a fabulous town.
Everything about our rental was perfect. Great location, quiet, perfect bedrooms, a lovely living area and a great roof top deck. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the host Jonathan was very accommodating. The property is located five minutes from Commercial Street by the Coast Guard Station with another four minute walk to Joon Bar or Sal’s, and an easy ten minute walk to the heart of town. Highly recommended!

Great place and location
Three couples were in a very happy place, each with their own floor with their bedroom and bath, and two more that were amazing common spaces. One space being a great eat-in kitchen and dining room, the other the roofdeck we spent much time on. One block to Bradford, one more to commercial, easy to get to a show or nice dinner by foot.

Great space and location!
The house is super comfortable and it’s great to see newer style bathrooms as well as an updated kitchen. Every room had its own AC unit so everyone is able to control the temperature to their liking.
The roof deck is major and the view is wonderful.

Great location plenty of space!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the top deck was perfect spot to enjoy the view and we did! The lay out of the house gave everyone their own space, House was well stocked with some basics too which was nice. Plenty of stairs but we were all healthy enough for them. Location made it easy to walk to Liz’s for breakfast and then on into town for the days adventures! Highly recommend!

A great location and property with an amazing roofdeck overlooking the Monument and horizon.
Great proximity to town and yet far away from the congested sections. The entry courtyard is very welcoming and parking is easy. AC was a blessing in the heatwave. The washer dryer was a great to have to keep towels and a favorite outfit fresh. A great stay.

Awesome in every way
Myself, my husband and three friends enjoyed an awesome weekend here. This place sleeps 5 more than comfortably, with plenty of privacy for everyone but enough shared space that we were all able to spend tons of quality time together. Loved the gorgeous spacious roof deck. Kitchen offered everything we needed to make a couple big meals when we didn't feel like going out.
Location is perfect. Set off enough from the busy parts of town that it's nice an quiet but close enough that we could go out easily whenever.
Price was well worth it. Host, Jonathan, was communicative, easily reachable and super helpful.
The long and short of it: you should absolutely stay here.

Perfect vacation rental to enjoy a summer stay in Provincetown..
The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to town yet far enough for peace and quiet. The condo was clean, bright and well stocked. It provided privacy for each couple with bedrooms on separate floors. The kitchen and living room was large enough for all 6 of us to cook, eat and watch tv in comfort. The rooftop deck had table, lounges and chairs to afford a wonderful place for afternoon drinks and snacks while enjoying the magnificant view. We will definitely return soon.

Excellent property
I've stayed in 5 places in Ptown, and this was the best. Nicely maintained, quiet, great location. A few other notes:
1) A/C was perfect--quickly cooled any area
2) Rooftop was very pleasant
3) Host left detergent, soap, toilet paper supply--very considerate.
4) Superclean--everything was nicely kept
5) Nice area for bikes on side of property

Property is well maintained and exactly as advertised
My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this property in July 2017. It is well-maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is great. It is about five short blocks from the large grocery store (Stop N Shop) and about five short blocks from restaurants and bars on West Commercial Street. The view from the rooftop is great - excellent view of the Pilgrim Monument. The Boat Slip is less than ten minutes away on foot. Provincetown Bike Rentals is only three blocks away. Internet in the condo was very reliable. I definitely recommend this property and owner. Jonathan was very proactive and responsive via email prior to our trip. He provided additional information about the area, parking passes, and ensured that we had the information we needed for a successful rental. He was very accommodating. The bottom floor (basement) has the largest room with a king bed. There are two other bedrooms (level 1 and level 2) which have queen beds. The 3rd level is a kitchen / living room area. The 4th level is a rooftop deck. This unit is not for someone who is uncomfortable with stairs. One of the things that is especially nice is that this is an end unit, which means additional windows in the bedrooms on the main and second level... and also the best views from the rooftop deck.

Great vacation for the Fourth!
Overall a great property! Would stay here again! We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck for dinner and sunset viewing. This house definitely has a lot of stairs with all the levels, so there were many times we resorted to texting out of laziness. The rooms / bathrooms were clean and updated. A nice bonus of AC throughout the house, as well as additional doors on some of the levels to cool down specific areas. Please note the basement room does not have a separate bedroom door from the hallway / stairs down. Super close to Gale Force bikes and the Stop & Shop grocery store. Plus this is an end unit so you get additional windows. Loved having the electronic key code too. Thanks for an amazing rental!
