Demasiado caro para no tener agua

La distribución del apartamento estaba bien. La zona donde está ubicado y la tranquilidad de la urbanización.

No tuvimos agua debido a una avería tres de los seis días que estuvimos. Ni Booking.com ni Apartamentos Annabel nos han compensado al respecto. Sólo nos ampliaron el horario de salida.

APARTAMENTOS ANNABEL 1 (OU 2-3) PARA ESQUECER

Gostámos da recepção, da simpatia do Rececionista.

Nunca tivemos água. Ou não havia mesmo, ou quando havia, a pressão era mínima. O problema nunca chegou a ser resolvido de forma definitiva. Reservámos nos Apartamentos Annabel 1, mas alojaram-nos nos Annabel 2-3. Segundo pudemos verificar nos Annabel 1, nunca houve falta de água. Já enviei mail a perguntar porque tal aconteceu, mas ainda não obtive resposta. Estou a considerar apresentar queixa às instituições europeias de defesa do consumidor. Esta foi a parte mais desagradável, mas para além disso, o primeiro lote de toalhas estava manchado, um dos lençóis cheirava mal e a luz do exterior estava fundida, o que dificultava o trajeto pelas escadas à noite. A distância para a praia era muito superior ao indicado e como os apartamentos ficam num alto, o regresso a pé tornava-se extremamente penoso. Definitivamente, para esquecer.

Disappointing

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Staff very friendly. Pool.

Considering the hellish heat, the apartment had no air conditioning. It is unacceptable for such a summer period. Also, this information was not on the booking. That's why we are very disappointed, because you have to keep the windows open. Everything can be heard from the other apartments, the heat and mosquitoes. It is very far to the beach. Walking in this heat and hills is impossible.

Annabel's

Quiet and clean. We'll equipped. Nice welcome biscuits 😊 Close to all amenities and the beach. Pretty situation and a good pool. Washing up liquid and sponge, cloth and binbags provided ✨️

Both beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I tried both but each was lumpy with a plastic type mattress protector which kept sliding all over the place. There's no form of heating so I was constantly cold in the morning and evening. No floor brush-just a dustpan and brush. No information booklet or staff to indicate how or where to dispose of rubbish or how what and where to recycle. The communal washing machine is behind a locked door. I'm not sure how you access this but imagine that the staff who were around have to open it for guests.

lovely location, passable accommodation

The property was clean and in a lovely location.

The property was cold at night and had thin sheets, with an uncomfortable bed and only two pillows. The upstairs neighbours were able to be heard very early in the morning and late at night. The pool was dirty until halfway through our stay and this was one of the reasons why we chose this accommodation.

Poor Value for Money

No very much at all. Location was good with sunny aspects.

Basic apartments for the cost. Check in procedure awkward. No staff onsite to assist on arrival. Towels and bedding only changed one time in 12 day stay. Broken toaster,but replaced after 3 days. Chairs in dining area all with loose or missing parts.Beds uncomfortable,Very noisy at times from surrounding apartments. Pool cleanliness and testing could be better,especially given current health situation. Office staff only on site Mon - Fri and only until 13.00hrs or earlier if cleaning finished sooner. Rubbish left outside empty apartment next to us for two days after previous guest left. Just not good value for money.

Pleasant

The pool is nice, there is enough space in the apatement. It was nice to have coffee, tea, and basic cleaning stuff, and shared washing machines.

There is no airconditioning that is surpirising in case of a holiday apartmenet, so we had to sleep by open windows, but the washing room is right beside our apartement, and some guests started washing at 1 am with drunk loud yelling. So some rules should be applied when the washing machines are allowed to be used, also basic house rules should be applied in ordert to let people rest.
